Today, I went to "PC Tune" to buy a gig stick of DDR ram (The PC Tune inside the Super 1 in Post Falls, ID). When I entered the store, first of all, there was no one around for a good five minutes I waited for help. And I was the only one there. I finally had to peek into the back to get their attention to come out. There was two kids (approx 17 years old) working there, a guy and a girl. They were in a huge fight about a company meeting that night. So as I stood there, I had to listen to the guy pout and curse about this meeting (he was saying the f word a lot which is absolutely un professional language and is one of the main reasons I will never go back to this company) and as they sat and argued, the guy was angry with the meeting and so was being extremely rude to me. Fist off, it took him between 15-20 minutes to ring up the ram stick on the cash register, all while fighting and cursing with this girl making me very uncomfortable. Then he was very pushy about wanting my credit card, he was yelling at her and then looked at me and said, "can I get your credit card" like he was annoyed with me for something. He asked me for my first name, I told him, and he replied "I said FIRST NAME" in a really rude tone, which I did tell him my first name, which is also a common last name. All in all I would give the business experience a grade of an F and would not recommend this business to anyone. Unless you can deal with cussing and fights while customers are in the store, high prices, and about a 30 minute time frame to buy 1 item when you are the only customer in the store.

So i would like to strongly disagree with the other persons comments, I went into this store for the first time and was greeted by a kind and curious young individual by the name of Andrew. I went in there to ask some questions regarding some issues I was dealing with on my own PC, and he put 100% into making sure i had the correct answers. No forceful comments NOR cursing. Sounds like someone is commenting on the wrong location and store. I have been back a couple times now and have gotten the same fast and friendly service with a smile. CHEAP and RELIABLE service. I have and will continue to refer and recommend this company in the future. A++ service thanks guys

I hate when our computers are broken, but when I want them fixed right I bring them to pctune. The people there are friendly and prices are more than reasonable. Quality work guys... Thanks a Million. You saved my butt.

Sounds like someone commented on their own ad. lol. Customers dont write reviews like that. And these guys are overpriced, and not very good. I wouldnt trust them to pop in a stick of RAM!
