#1 In knowledge, service and experience. When my pc was in desperate need of repair, my longtime and trusted computer repairman had moved away, so I started looking for a tech online. To my amazement there were techs offering computer repair for ridiculously low rates. Being in the computer design field, I have worked alongside many good and bad techs. I knew that I needed someone that could fix my computer right the first time. I know I could have called someone that charges only $20 a visit, but I also know that these techs would have probably had to return several times for the repair. And after finding out what the issues were with my computer, I doubt very highly if they would have been able to fix it at all. I know, from experience, that less ends up being more in most cases. I feel lucky that I found CCW Technology. Allen Crist was very fair in his pricing and ended up being much more than I ever expected. He was very professional and knowledgeable on the phone and offered expert information freely. I knew he was going to be what I needed before he stepped foot into my office. And he was!! Dont be taken in by what you might think is going to be a bargain. Most times it isnt. It will probably end up costing you more money in the long run. Our family has utilized CCWs services for a few years, and every experience with CCW Technology has been a wonderful one. Their rapid response in solving our computer issues, plus their fabulous customer service is so refreshing--very different from companies we have used in the past. Allen works diligently to make sure his customers receive the help they need, in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. Allen helped us set up a cloud back-up service for all our computers which saved my life when my laptop crashed recently!! Several months ago, I had major viruses on my computer thanks to my lovely teenage granddaughter. Allen took my computer, deleted all viruses and installed software to help safeguard against future attacks. Upon delivering my computer back to me, Allen took the time to explain safeguarding my computer against unwanted attackers. Allen was so helpful and I am so impressed. I have been a secretary for some 40+ years and not really savey on the internal workings of a computer. I am good at operating programs but not if there is a software problem. I am a small business owner. I am a doctor. I have found Allen and CCW Tech to be an excellent choice for my small business IT needs. They have done a great job getting both PCs and MACs (ya know, the superior machines JK) to "play nice" together in the office. My server works great and Outlook, Office and all my staffs computers work great. There have been a few emergency situations and Allen was physically in my office within a very short time frame to make sure my business activities were not disrupted. Also, interestingly, the owner is a former police officer. I just think that has added that little "extra trust" in an already impeccable impression I have had from CCW. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I was very impressed with Al and his prompt work on my computer. He eliminated all the viruses on my computer and actually drove my computer back to my home to hook it up for me and get it going again. He wanted to make sure everything was working for me and I appreciate that. My computer was ready in 2 days and I didnt have to go without my life for very long. He installed a program on my computer that checks for viruses and its free! He told me about other programs that would help my computer maintain its integrity in the midst of the ugly hacker world out there. I highly recommend CCW Technology, LLC. Thanks, Al! My tech-savvy son-in-law recommended the Geek Squad when I encountered problems on my THREE computers. I wasnt convinced that was where I wanted to get my computers fixed, so I "Googled" for computer repair. I found Allen and just thought I would give him a try. Boy, was I glad I did! He was excellent in diagnosing and servicing all of my computers. He advised me on the oldest one that it wasnt worth spending a lot of money on it, but he did get it running again! My laptop and my other desktop were fixed and are running great! His service was fast, professional, and honest. I would (and have already) recommend him highly for your computer needs! CMD

OK-not a huge repair. I had a screw loose-well,lost-on my little chromebook that I use all day for work. I had stopped in to one of the local chains that deal in PCs and Laptops (shall remain nameless), asked if they could help with a replacement screw, got blank looks and shoulder shrugs-even when I asked if they knew where I could get one. Meanwhile, my touch screen was hanging there with its computer guts poking out. I called Allen, he said come by and hed take a look. He brought out some screws, found a couple that would fit, and I was out of there in minutes with a smile on my face. When/if I need real computer help, I know where Ill go. thanks!

I found CCW Tech almost 2 months ago now, and Im so glad I did. Allen maintains our servers and workstations at our very busy veterinary clinic and we don’t know how we ever functioned without him! Even though we are in California, he is able to do everything remotely – even installing a new router and server with only minor involvement on my part (just had to plug it in). He is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, organized and professional and has infinite patience. An added bonus is that he is very familiar with Avimark, our practice software. Highly recommended!

Allen is amazing! Hes very kind and patient, and incredibly knowledgeable! He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns and explain to me the process and exactly what he was doing when I asked. He was able to recover all my data in a very timely manner and for a fraction of the cost as a big data recovery center! He kept me updated all through the process and was very easy to get ahold of if I needed to. Very happy with the results, the pricing, and the customer service! I highly recommend him!!! Took my computer in and turned out the problem was exactly what I was afraid it was: a motherboard going out. So why am I happy? Because CCW was very professional, got to my computer in a reasonable time, and charged a fair price. I just know had I taken the computer to most big name shops, they would have charged me more than a motherboards worth just for the labor in telling me it was going bad. I took a chance on CCW and I am satisfied. They are now my computer experts!
