Terrible!! I thought I would try Davis Computer Repair because of its high ratings. When I called, I was told it would be done in 24 hours and possible 48 at the latest. Three days passed and I had not heard from Davis Computer Repair, I called several times and no one answered. I realized I had just dropped my lap top off to strangers and wondered if I would see it again. I returned to his home where I had dropped my lap-top off. I saw Daron and he explained it was still running the scan. He told me he believed it would be done that afternoon. I thanked him and asked him just to communicate with me. Two more days passed. I had not heard from Daron. I called and no one answered. I was very concerned if this place was legit. I didnt know anything about Daron and just went by internet reviews. The only way I had to contact him was his house. I went to his home. Daron told me that it would be soon and he would drop it by my house. Daron explained it wasnt his fault. I said again that I realize things can happen and asked him just to contact me. Two more days passed. I needed my laptop and wondered if I would see it again. I tried calling and again I didnt get an answer. A simple call or text would have put my mind at ease. I went by his house and left a note. I called Daron with a different phone number. Daron immediately answered when he thought the call wasnt me. Once again, I nicely asked when I would see my lap top. Daron told me he was upset with me for dropping by his house and this was not his fault. (I never said it was his fault). He said he would drop it off at my house. Daron dropped it off at my house and didnt charge me, he also said he wouldnt help me in the future. I was always nice and pleasant to Daron. I never got upset it was taking so long. Daron never explained that I was not to go to his house. Daron didnt give me options when he didnt communicate with me. I didnt enjoy having to make trips to his house. Daron also doesnt realize that his rudeness, unprofessionalism, temperamental personality and stress he put me through was not worth getting my lap top fixed for free and I would not do business with him in the future.

Id gladly give Daron, at Davis Computer Repair, 10 stars if I could. My laptop was dying a slow death. Daron checked it over, said he could repair it, but he would end up repairing it many, many times. Im not a techie and am way out of my element when it comes to computer speak. He very kindly explained the problems to me, gave me his honest and knowledgeable opinions. We decided I should buy a new laptop. We set a price on how much I was willing to spend on a new computer and Daron did everything for me. He purchased the new one and repaired my old one so I could use it until I got my new one. Although theres obviously a learning curve with my new laptop, its been made much easier because Daron set everything up, including all the data/programs from my old laptop. I was very, very happy with everything Daron did to make this an overall great experience!

Found Darren by a simple Google search and Im so glad that I called him. he was very prompt in coming to my home and setting up my wireless configuration with a speedy new router. When he encountered some problems with the hardware he did not charge me for the time it took him to fix it…now my home office runs so much more effectively! In addition, he ran a hard drive test to see if it was worth it to fix or replace... When I told him I felt it was cheaper to replace, he respected my decision and didnt try to upsell me or talk me into a repair I ultimately didnt want. When he delivered my computer back to me he fixed a software glitch in my wireless printer at no charge! Will definitely call again with any computer issue

Wow! I took my laptop to Best Buy, they not only didnt get it fixed, but misplaced it. When I called Davis Computer Repair, they not only came to my house to pick it up and drop it off. They also spent some amazing EXTRA personal time, helping me understand what had been wrong and what to keep an eye out for. Plus, Ive called a few times since....and theyve helped me over the phone....without charge! I especially appreciate this because Im not as fluent at computers as most people are these days, and I often feel embarrassed and confused. They always make me feel great, and valued.....instead of frustrated. Thank you so very much!

Daron is great. He worked with me to help me choose the best solid state H/D for my old laptop (and it wasnt the most expensive one he could have sold me). When I upgraded to a new laptop, Daron transferred the contents of my old H/D to my new, and transferred the solid state H/D from my old laptop into my husbands. He did it simultaneously so that neither of us was out of our laptops more than overnight. He is my go-to from now on.
