Jose is very professional and equally personable. We walked in and were treated graciously. Many computer experts seem to be above my head, but Jose explained as we went along. He also listened to my trying to explain what I thought was the problem. He respected my attempts to explain, then reviewed everything with me. Exceptional customer service and excellent knowledge of his field.

Good service on a personal level. He was really helpful not only in fixing up my computer, but in other ways too. He listened when I offered my ideas of what was wrong, and was easy to talk to. He was even nice enough to offer some water and a quick ride home for me, since I had to walk there carrying my computer and it was hot outside. Not bad at all for an at-home business.

WOW !, good old fashioned customer service. Unheard of in this day & age. Very personable, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and quick. Got this dinosaur into the space age. My 14 year old XP operating system and critical data files made the jump to a new computer and Windows 10 with ease. Very Happy, THANK-YOU !
