My 86 year old Moms computer just quit working one day. I suspected it might be the power supply. I live in Florida, she is in Phoenix. I called one computer place and they said they could look at it for no charge at the front but if they couldnt diagnose at the front, she would have to pay $59.99 for a diagnose fee. I told them it was probably just the power supply. She took it to them, they couldnt tell "at the front" and she would have to pay the diagnose fee. She left with her computer and didnt pay for the diagnose fee. I searched on-line and found Compudoc. I called and left a message and within 5 minutes I had a return call from Howard. I explained the situation and he said he does not charge to diagnose what is wrong with the computer. He was very professional and I felt comfortable recommending him to my Mom. She took it to Howard and he confirmed it was the power supply. Because my Moms computer was still under warranty, the warranty company sent the part to Howard. My Mom was very appreciative of Howards promptness, honesty and knowledge and will be recommending him to all her friends.

Wow! This was the first time I had used Howard to fix my computer. My computer has run very slow for years and my computer guy had just recently switched occupations. Your laptop has everything so it is like handing over a family member. Howard was spot on for his diagnosis and all of those problems that I just thought I had to live with because that must be what is like for everyone else were fixed! It is better than than it was when it was new! I was very impressed that he took the time to educate me and then actually put what he taught me about being a smart laptop owner on a page on my computer. His price was very fair, he is very ethical, and he is very passionate about this business!

I have been using Howard Toole since 2006 and he is awesome!!! He has always helped me with my computer problems. He is fast, thorough, and he is reasonable. He has cleaned our computers, 2 so far and I have recommended him to my relatives and friends. I can call him and most times he can fix whatever is wrong remotely!! In fact the last few times I have called him he was able to fix our computer remotely and did not charge us anything. I felt bad about that so I actually mailed him a check. He said "thanks" but it was not necessary. Most of my problems were relatively easy fixes. Anyway I am a big fan. If you have computer problems, give him a call....you will not be sorry!

The service at Compudoc Computer Repair is excellent. Ive never had any sort of complaint with the work that Howard does. His prices are reasonable, hes personable and knowledgeable, and hes never asked for extra repair time because hes fallen behind in his work. Ive dealt with other so-called "computer gurus" in the past and if their work had been what they advertised, I never would have found Compudoc. Ask me if Im satisfied with Howards work. You bet. Hes really good.

Howard was so professional and quick to get my issues resolved. As a small business owner, having my computer back was paramount. Not only did he find the problem, get it fixed and back to me in record time, he made excellent recommendations that helped us to keep problems from cropping up again - UNLIKE McAfee that caused the issue in the first place. He fixed my computer very fast and even upgraded the amount of hard drive at a cheap price. My hard drive died on me and he got a good deal for me and gave me the old drive. His service is awesome and is very helpful explaining exactly what he did. He kept his word by fixing my computer before I expected. My computer runs faster that it did when I first bought it. honest and best rates in the city, period! no competition. ive shopped around bunch of Laptop repair shops in the city only to find elitist and insane repair fees. these guys work miracles with affordable prices. i hope they wont start charging prices like tekserve due to their popularity.
