JD and Jesse have always been so accomodating anytime I needed repairs.Was recommended to them from friend at church and have always been pleased with their work. I highly recommend OnSite Computer Repair. They are honest and fair. It means a lot to me that they usually can do the repair here at my home or even over the phone. I have been with them for about 3-4 years. Jesse really explains in ways I can understand also. He doesnt make me feel stupid. Very patient and understanding. I just cant say enough about them. Jesse always asks if there is anything else he can do or if I am comfortable with all that has been done. He makes it much easier for me. They are TOPS in my book.

My computer wouldnt start and the fan and everything was working but the screen was just black. I called in and spoke with the appointment setter and he was very nice to get a tech out to me the very next day. When the geek arrived he looked at my computer and it had some virus on it. He fixed the computer better than new and had it back to me in 2 days time. Very professional and courteous I will call them 1st if anything else happens.

Theyre the best. I have used their services since late 1212. I really appreciate their coming directly to my home and their expertise. The service person assigned to my area (Jesse) is extremely courteous and a wizard, who explains everything to me in plain terms. BTW, before having to call them, do yourself a favor and BACK UP YOUR DATA at regular intervals!!!

Had a great experience with Jesse and Scottsdale Computer Repair. My Dell computer was not working. Jesse diagnosed the problem, a failed motherboard. He recommended a replacement computer, set it up, transferred all my data and got me up and running again. Very efficient service. On time. Reasonable and honest fees.

Absolute fake company. There are no physical locations, they are simply dropping pins over real computer repair stores to steal SEO. Just google their phone number(s) and you can verify this in 30 seconds. Update to the so called owner, prove your business location then.

I have been so frustrated with this computer I could scream! I called and a tech came out the same day. He quickly found the problem. I had some virus on the computer and that was causing it to run slow. He cleaned up my computer and now it runs really fast.
