I called this morning because my USB hard drive is not being recognize by my computer. I asked what it would cost to repair it. I was told to come down and theyd take a look at it. I took the morning off of work and drove 45 mins to their shop on Camelback Rd. I showed up and they didnt even look at it. They said it would cost $200 for the inspection and up to $999 to repair it and they would have to send it to another place that has skilled people and the tools to repair something . They could have told me that over the phone and I would have not taken the morning off and drove all the way out there. I was definitely misled today and it cost me time and money. Their name is deceptive also because they cannot repair or recover data. They send it to someone who can. They should be called Data Mailers, or Data Parcel Services. A**holes.

My work pc crashed last month and I took it to data doctors. They informed me of the costs and what would be involved in repairing it, and how long it would take. When I got the pc back, it was as good as new!!! they recovered all data and explained in detail what they would have to do while they had it. I also LOVE the radio show and their facebook page. Informative information!!!

The Data Doctors do excellent work and their Facebook page is by far one of the most helpful to anyone have computer or any kind of tech problems. I recommend anyone having an issue that you just cant resolve to check it out. With the knowledgeable community of people there plus the Data Doctors themselves, you can always get great advice when computer problems arrise!

I was unable to remove the screw holding in the SSD in my laptop which I wanted to upgrade. Took it to Data Doctors and removed the screw right away. The person who assisted me also explained to me what type of tool was used so I can do it myself in the future. They didnt even charge me but I tipped the guy $5. Highly recommend!

Someone hacked my computer but I didnt know, all I know was Microsoft something popped up and I freaked out! Called the number but then I found that funny. So I called them they told me it was a scam so I went there. They restarted it all and saved my term paper made sure is was free of bad computer stuff lol....love them

Brought my laptop into these guys for help with my back light display. Doug is the GO TO MAN! Very personable and friendly while also professional. I will recommend Doug and the Data Doctors to anyone who asks for advice about computer repair. Phoenix is lucky to have these guys!

Fast easy and cheap priceses. No charge to tell you whats wrong with the computer. They help my mother out with her cp while I was out of town. They had a language barrier but I was the ice braker. Real helpful. Thanks Ben.
