I needed a computer repair service in Phoenix for my home. The internet was in and out and everything was overall very slow sharing files and accessing emails. I called a few tech companies in including Geek Squad, but they all pointed fingers to Century Link although Century Link checked that everything worked perfectly fine from their end. Phoenix Computer Repairs network IT tech came in and fixed the issue in 1 hour! I was literally in shock. It wound up being a virus infection on one of the computers and the tech was able to figure this out right away. Im amazed at this companys expertise and professionalism, and most importantly, getting the job done right the first time.

Again, this company has saved me and I feel it should be noted to others. Ive used these people before and they do as they say. This time what could have been a total loss of data for our company these guys came through again. They worked most of the night to recover data files and load them to a new server for the office. People need to know that there IS still a company that has old business values and applies them to business dealings every day. Fantastic company to do business with and as others have said no more big box stores for us ever again. Phoenix Computer Repair Service has ALL our business from here on out.

Matts service is absolutely top notch and his rates are very reasonable. He recently got our computer back up and running and in great shape after it become useless and unresponsive. Matt came out to work on the computer, he also took the time to make sure our network was properly configured and patiently answered all of our questions. He even used remote access to check on a virus scan for us. I really cant say enough about the wonderful job he did for us.
