Im so disappointed by this company. After all the great reviews, I thought Id be getting really great service, and was happy to use a local business instead of carting my computer off to Best Buy. However, Ive had nothing but problems with them. I needed a new CPU fan for my desktop. To start with, they didnt order it when they said they would, and I had to call them repeatedly until they told me they had received it. But that was a minor problem compared to what happened next. When David came to install my CPU fan, after doing so, he booted up my computer. I asked if he was done, since it booted up okay, and he said he was going to "check to see if it overheats". I said okay and went back to what I was doing. Half an hour later, he told me he was done. He had installed a "cleaner program" and at least one web plug-in that I had *never* requested or given him permission to do. Despite my asking what he was doing, he told me twice that he was just "seeing if my computer would overheat". So, a blatant lie. I never gave him permission to install any software on my computer. I am now very concerned about what other programs - malware and spyware, et c - might have been installed on my computer. The cleaner program - which David not only installed but also ran without my permission - deleted saved data on my computer and even uninstalled my mouse! Then, to add insult to injury, they charged me for "labor" - time David spent doing things that I had in no way asked him to do. I cannot get anyone at the company to return my calls. I am perfectly willing to pay the cost of the CPU fan and the time it took to install - about ten minutes. But I was charged for an hour of labor. I have attempted to contact them multiple times but still have received no response.

I CALLED ASKED IF THEY WERE A REGISTERED BUSINESS IN AZ. THEY SAID YES, I CHECKED THE SECRETARY OF STATES WEBSITE AND CHECK THEY ARE NOT..... I CAN NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A NON REGISTERED BUSINESS. I CAN NOT TRUST MY PRIVATE INFORMATION WITH A COMPANY WHO DOES NOT REGISTER THEIR BUSINESS IN AZ. As for your response, Trade Names are what they are "called Trade names". So when they look up your company they have a registered name to go with a business, what are you afraid off?? Yes you are a DBA, Doing Business AS.. Yes Insured does your insurance policy cover all the other manes you use "San Tan Computer Repair, Gilbert Computer Repair, Chandler Heights Computer Repair, etc " Having Address that are Post Offices, Empty lots etc. The policy you have is for you not all your DBAs??? Just your name, I mean DBA. Good Business practice include that you are honest with customers. No to give false information of making your company bigger then it is. You work out of one location and it is your home. Do not make the public think you are some huge Business. That is why I am called "Real Biz Review Transparency is the best policy, thank your for the feedback.......

I was having a battery issue with my 2013 MacBook Air, and since I’m not very tech savvy per-se, my first option was to call Karls Technology. Right away, William answered the phone and once I explained the issue, William was able to diagnose the problem, offer a temporary fix, and set up an appointment within the next two days. Oh, and, the best thing was William came to me. I didn’t have to drive anywhere! William at Karls Technology was extremely friendly, very knowledge, had affordable prices, and was able to fix the issue right away! Would definitely use again!

Id accidentally dropped my laptop and it wouldnt take a charge anymore. Found Karls online. Knew I couldnt go wrong with them after reading many of the outstanding reviews. So glad I was right! Texted them after hours and they got back to me right away and came out to my house the next day. Solved my major problem quickly and checked out the overall state of my computer too. Very affordable and loved the wonderful, knowledgeable tech who was so friendly and helpful. They are awesome and will use them again if I have any other unfortunate computer issues.

I was completely satisfied with David Peters. I was worried that the computer would be unfixable, but he proved me wrong, to my delight. What I really appreciated was his thoroughness. I will never google my computer problems again, I will call directly to Karls Technology and ask for David.if I have any technical problems in the future, It is good to find a trustworthy and knowledgeable company.
