Do NOT take your hard drive here to be recovered. Crossaction should not be in the business of data recovery. In fact they broke ours and made it $300 more expensive to recover. I will start off by saying that we had no idea where to go when our hard drive failed. I was desperate, my journal, photos were all on there. So we thought we would try a "local" place rather than the big box store.... Big mistake. 1st drossaction totally acted like they could get the info. Then they couldnt so they tried to push us to send it out of state. (for an insane amount of money) Of course I didnt want all my info being mailed all over so we waited.. We found a company in the state of Utah (Logan, UT) That was fantastic, recovered our info, and was honest about it. Crossaction should not be in the business of data recovery. We felt like they were dishonest about whether they could do it or not. They were simply trying to get our intital fee. Save yourself time and Money and go to Logan..... Look at their website, and see their clientele/reference list, that sold us. They know what they are doing unlike these guys!
