To Landon and the PC Laptops Company, Mid August I stopped in to PC Laptops to consider buying a computer. I am a senior citizen with little computer experience, and had never owned a home computer, nor a cell phone. I wanted to be able to use word processing and the internet, and when I could conquer those, I would learn other applications. Landon greeted me as I walked in the store with a whooping holler, then listened to why I was there. He showed me both tower and laptop computers, explaining the pros and cons of both. He also told me about the type of cell phone that I could use for wireless service and the advantages. He took his time to recommend phones, printers, external backups, etc., and he told me where I might find the best prices for them. He also recommended that I go through my school district to purchase Microsoft office for a much lower price. Throughout the week I stopped by the store three or four more times and reported to Landon what I had found, and I asked him many more questions before I made my final purchases. Finally I decided to put everything together using a laptop computer. Knowing that I decided to buy a laptop, Landon told me that there was a current terrific buy on a laptop model with a larger screen that I wanted, so we went ahead and ordered it. When my laptop came into the store, Landon had me bring all the things that I had purchased for the computer to him, so that he could load everything so that it would work right. (You can be assured that I would never have been able to figure out how to load all those programs!) When my computer was loaded, Landon had me come into the store, and he spent considerable time with me showing me how to use both the computer and my new smart phone together. It was like learning a foreign language for me, but Landon was very patient and explained how to do things in the simplest way for me to understand. He showed me what the basic icons on both my smart phone and the computer were for, and how to navigate around in the computer connected to my phone. He unplugged all the machines I had purchased, and had me reconnect all the cords to make sure I could put the system together when I got home. When he finished helping me, he reassured me that he would be available to help me as I learned more and had more questions. He even put a connection on my computer for the last two weeks that would allow me to call him at his office when I was having problems, and he could see what my computer was doing at home and help me. I certainly am appreciative of the help Landon has supported me with. I was extremely insecure about making the whole decision to move into technology. I know two things: 1) I probably wouldn’t have purchased the technology without Landon’s reassurance and help; and 2) I don’t think any other store would have supported me the way Landon was allowed to at PC Laptops. Thanks to both Landon and PC Laptops for helping me and then supporting me in this monumental decision. With the philosophy you have for customer service and support, a whole new experience in technology is opening to me. Sincerely, Loma Prince

Ive recently had a bad experience with PC Laptops and wanted to share. About four years ago my dad bought me a PC Laptop for my high school graduation present. He was worried about me having issues with the laptop while I was in Logan at school away from any PC Laptop locations. The salesperson assured him I could have remote services on my computer, so living far away wouldnt be an issue. The remote service option is what made my dad decide to choose their laptop over other ones. Ive had some issues with my laptop over the past four years, but have always been close enough to a store to bring it in (a whole other issue--I brought it in for them to fix one thing only to have them break something else on it. Whatever.). Well, now I live in Arizona with no PC Laptop locations near by. My laptop has been having issues (again!). So, I called them and told them my predicament of living so far away with a malfunctioning laptop. They tell me to mail it in--not in the budget, so thats not happening. I politely tell them about what they told my dad four years ago--remote service should be an option. Well, he looks up my computer (which is under some random persons address instead of my dads??) and tells me at first that the remote service was not included with my laptop (then why did the salesperson say I could have it?? and charge my dad extra for that feature??). Then he tells me that their license was revoked so he cant legally do remote service to help me. So, they were unable to follow through on something they told my dad they could do (after he changed his story about why he wouldnt do it!). Then he offers to transfer me to their at home service, but I had called them already and they couldnt help (about all they did was tell me to hold my power button for 10 seconds... So helpful

MY EXPERIENCE WITH PC LAPTOPS WAS THE BEST! THEY ARE AWESOME GUYS WHO REALLY KNOW THEIR STUFF! THERE WAS NO PRESSURE. I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! I dreaded going into PC Laptops, only because their commercials drive me ABOSOLUTELY NUTS! Finally, the day came. My laptop (not a PC Laptops) crashed. I had college classed that I needed my laptop for. I broke down and took it to PC Laptops. Greeted by a loud, "HELLO," my thoughts were, "Crap! They are like the commercials." Not so, Wes came up to me, looked at my laptop, knew how old it was and spoke to me in pure English, (not computer tech language), about speed, memory, and what I really needed in a laptop. I ended up trading in my old laptop, for a recertified PC Laptops! And they had it ready for me the next day. I now have my own personal tech support team, and a lifetime warranty I can trust! Plus, they are Gephardt approved! This is actually what got me in the door. Wes was fabulous to work with! So were the other guys that were there! The only problem I encountered was when I went to write this review, Fox suggested using the word, "fluffy" in my review. Fox, "fluffy" is only good to use when youre referring to a new pillow or a bunny. Sorry! ABSOLUTELY A FABULOUS EXPERIENCE!!! I am now working on getting a new desktop for the family. Thanks PC Laptops!

PC Laptops Riverdale is awesome. My Brother-in-law was here on a visit from Okinawa and wanted a new top of the line laptop but had his own ideas of what he wanted in it. He had just taken on the task of scanning in over 50 years of old photos and needed something that would handle that and anything else he so decided. He started his task of going from store to store only to be told no one can build a laptop with what he wanted. We have use PC Laptops for years and told him to go there if anyone could do it they would. There he met Wes who took his wants and told him of course they could do it and better have it done within 24 hours. Now this laptop needed to have 2-1terabyte hard drives, the best processor, more memory than you can imagine and a bluRay player on top of everything else. Wes and his crew had a challenge to build it and to do it in 24 hours was awesome and to top it off didint have a bluray drive in stock at the store. They did suceed in this task and the computer is awesome. My hats off to you and the warranty on it comes with it no extra money. Wes and his crew are very knowledgeable, friendly and keep their word This place just went above the top to service a person from out of the county and make him happy. THANKS YOUR AWESOME!!!!!
