When I had issues with my MacBook Air I chose a small business in our area to help support the local economy. Unfortunately, this is the store I found. And it has been the most horrible experience EVER. They had my computer for 5 1/2 weeks and I just got it back in a cardboard box in pieces with some key components missing. Their site guarantees they can fix almost anything, sometimes same day. LIE!!! I was having an issue with my keyboard and was told it would take 3-5 business days to replace AND I would have to have the trackpad fixed as well because they came as a whole part. I called them 7 working days later and was told they had the keyboard but had forgotten to order the trackpad. What? - they were supposed to come as a whole part! That afternoon I called and left a message for a manager to call me but never received a call back. I called 9 days later and was told that after replacing those components the computer wouldnt turn on. They proceeded to tell me that the screen had a crack in it! Well it didnt when I brought it in! In fact it turned on & was in pristine condition. They offered to replace the screen at their cost. A week & a half passed with no word. I contacted one of the owners & told him I desperately needed my computer back. I own my own home business and had already lost several customers & had taken a significant financial loss. We were told that because of all the screw ups he was going to personally take care of the issue by getting me a brand new computer and refunding my deposit because by then I had been without it for 4 weeks. He guaranteed that I would have it within a week. 10 days later I was told they were waiting on a part to transfer my drive info to the new one!???? Really- they dont have something in their repair store to do something like that? They let me come pick up the new computer to work on until the part came in. Well upon inspection the "new" computer had numerous dents and dings, food between the keys of the keyboard and the down arrow key was stuck pressed in. I was flabbergasted! I asked to come pick up my computer the next day in hopes to take it to someone else to fix. When I arrived it was in a cardboard box and was missing the I/O board and the power cord. The front desk guy swore I didnt drop it off with a cord. I dont know how they could have lost it since my name was engraved on it for that very same reason. The owner said he would watch the security tapes to find out if I really dropped off a cord or not. Really?!! Even though they sold that exact cord in their store he is going to watch the tapes before giving me one or crediting me for it! He agreed to order an I/O board to be sent to my house for me to take to a different repair store. When I asked for a copy of that order he turned his computer and showed me-a note. No order. It was a note to pull the I/O board out of the "new" computer if they could and have it sent to me. I quickly scanned the other notes showing they had been buying all the parts off of E-Bay! And thats why it was taking so long to get them - (if they were lucky enough to be the biggest bidder I guess). To top that off, in the mean time another customer brought his computer in to complain that after just picking it up from being repaired by them the day before- his wouldnt stay turned on! By then I just had to get out of the store. I was horrified at all that had transpired. The lack of pure respect, poor customer service and owners ignorance has left me with a broken apart computer in a cardboard box with no cord waiting on an I/O board!!!!! Now I am having to purchase a new MacBook Air because I dont trust they will send the I/O board and is any other repair place going to put together a mess such as that?!!! Horrible experience that I pray no one ever has to go through. Please save yourself the trouble and headache and steer clear of this company or you to will regret it.

Back story: Had an issue is dc jack. Went here to get it repaired. Got my laptop back and the microphone was not working in return. Went back a second time and was told it was a software issue. Went back a third time and was told it was a hardware issue and that they had no idea how I happened. First and worst owner I have ever encountered. Zarkus was not polite at all when it came to an issue that was created at his location. He kept saying that there was no way to test the microphone. I have never been spoken to this way, maybe since I have never dealt with a business owner he took it more personally. But an associate has never even raised their voice towards me. He even had the audacity to tell me “there’s obviously something you want and that you’re trying to get, what it is?” AND when I asked for a refund he said “is $89 really worth it to you?” Now, maybe because he was the owner he was comfortable speaking to me however he wants, and maybe me working in the hotel and hospitality industry has made me more sensitive to others needs, but I would never think of talking to someone this way and people have thrown their hotel room keys at me! He even asked me why I didn’t test the laptop before I left his business!!! That’s when I began to shout and get rude back. He kept asking me if my original problem was fixed to which I responded that shouldn’t be his only concern. His concern should be that I had to go to his location an additional 4 drives to pick and drop off my laptop after they made the error. He acted offended. Then he threw in my face that he is an owner of multiple businesses, like it gave him some sort of credibility for being rude. I hope you read this Zarkus and are having a nice day, and buy yourself something nice with my $89, and think of it as my gift to you!!!!

One of the worst customer experience I have ever had. I gave my laptop to replace my keypad, it got replaced at a nominal price ($110) and i was happy as they completed within 2 days. But it didnt last long as I realized they have screwed up my macbook camera & Wifi adapter. When I complained to them about this the next day, they told me that they will replace the wifi adapter for free and on the camera, it might not be their mistake and it will cost me $150. I have asked them to change the wifi adapter alone. They said the parts has been ordered and it will be fixed within 2-3 days. And then the nightmare started, they have the same response that the part has not come yet, it will be in next day. This is happening for the last 2 weeks and my entire vacation went tensed because of these irrelevant replies. In between they told me twice to go to store 1 as the part has arrived there. But within an hour they have called back and said the part has not arrived. I really doubt whether they have ordered a part or whether they will replace my wifi card and will fix my camera. They dont have respect to the customers, incase if I have said I will pay money for both wifi card & camera, i believe everything would have happened immediately. This shows the attitude of them towards the customers.
