I rely on my lap top to get my job done just as a mechanic would rely on his tools to do his job. I purchased a Laptop system from PC Laptops 2 years ago. I paid more than I could have bu buying a Dell or some other product from a box store. In fact with as much as I use my laptop I am sure I would have had to buy a replacement by now. I made my choice with PC Laptops because of the quality of the product and theie service plan which was incredible. In fact I put their service warranty to the test just recently. I am a very insistent customer and can be difficult to deal with. However, when I buy a product I buy the best I can so I dont have to replace it and expect quality and service and the Company to stand behind their products. Which is rare these days!!! Last Tuesday I took my laptop in for some service. The Service Technician who helped me told me they were caught up and I should be able to pick up my system the next afternoon. I stopped in to pick it up around 2:30P. It was not ready. Will, one of the sales guys stepped up and said he would get it done by closing that night. Nick the Service Technician stayed after hours to complete the Job. Bravo to them and Thank you! Unfortunatley, I was still having troubles. I called and was asked if I could bring my system back in the next day. Chad, Service Technician helped me and addressed my concerns. I brought the system in around 5:00P and Chad promised he would have it done that night before closing. HE DID IT !!!! and stayed after hours to get it done. Chad definitely went above and beyond just doing his job. When I got home and hooked back up there were things I happening I didnt understand or know how to fix. Cause when it coms to making computers work I am cluless. I called Chad and he linked into my system remotely and fixed my concerns without me having to go back to the store. He did this within 5 minutes. PC Laptops should Clone Chad, Make him President of Service or give him an all expense paid vacation to the destination of his choice. Chad Rocks. PC LAPTOPS has a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. I wish other businesses would adopt the same attitude and culture. Thank you, A satisfied customer, Gregg

i wish i could give 0 stars. I bought a motherboard from this store and it turned out to be broken. I did not even touch this motherboard and had left it in my room for half a week in the same condition that was given to me. When i went to return this motherboard, unaware of its defects, the guy working there told me that I had broken this mother board and there was nothing I could do about it. I was in disbelief. There were some other customers next to me and at that point I felt embarrassed and scammed. I spent 150 dollars on a broken piece of equipment by a "legit" store. I told the employee to call the manager and he said that he was the manager, but he could call the person he works for. I, however, would not be allowed to talk to him for some odd reason. I asked for the managers number and was not given it, so i proceeded to call my bank to dispute this transaction seeing how I was completely scammed out of my money. While talking to my bank and seconds away from calling the damn cops, I decided to see if I could call the employee who sold it to me so that maybe I can complain directly to that employee. Long story short, they typed in the serial number of the mother board into their system and it showed that 3 other customers had returned this motherboard with complaints that this was broken. The employee apologized and proceeded to return my money. Not only was I embarrassed, but my time had been wasted and I was late to work. Edit: after writing this review, I received a call giving me a sincere apology about my experience and was told there was a management change. PC Laptops proceeded to try their best making my experience a much better one than the one I had experienced. I guess I just had the bad luck to run into such a rude and unprofessional employee. Though a right doesnt right a wrong, Id be more than happy in the future to go to PC laptops to experience more of the great service they always promise.

Enlisted these guys to fix a cracked screen on a Galaxy S7 phone. Phone was working perfect prior to fix in spite of the screen condition. They did not have the color needed in stock so we were out a week in order to get that in. Screen in and replaced but there was a bad echo on the callers end of conversation. Also, the home button didnt sit flush with the phone but that was something we could live with. Not the echo. Back we go and another week out to get another screen. Luckily this time they ordered multiple. Back in and different installer worked on the phone and installed one screen that didnt work out (didnt provide details) so the other screen went on. This one did, as far as they could tell. Tested for echo at the store and sounded fine at the time in that condition. Turns out, echo is still there, though not as bad, and the screen itself is inconsistent on touch responsiveness. Have been living with both since. But...should we? Why 3 stars, not less? They have been great to work with and willing to make things right thus far. I dont know if the phone will be taken back for additional work or not, up to the user. But something isnt right here. Supplier and quality of screens? Installation of the screens? I dont know. What I know is that the phone does not work in a satisfactory manner despite the premium paid for repair. ***Update - PC laptops has reached out and we are working out a solution. Curtis at this location has been diligent in reaching out, checking in, and making sure we are happy and taken care of.

The individuals were very knowledgeable about the problem. However, I felt that the individuals were more concerned with selling me a new computer before trying to figure out was wrong with my current one. Their argument for a new was that mine was 3 years old and was a Dell and should be replaced after that many years and I should get one of their computers, which made it sound that mine was inferior. My computer just needed a new power supply, which I initially suspected. They replaced it in a timely manner and I had my computer back within the day up and running like it was never broke. However, when I got my computer back home, my CDROM would not work. It would take in a CD and had power, but would not recognize any CD. I noticed that drive was not present in my drive directory. When I opened it up, the data cable was not connected to the CDROM. It was fine before the repair work. Not sure if mine is an isolated case by reading the reviews. I felt that they wanted me to have a new computer, had to persuade them to try fixing mine before I even considered a new one, and did an incomplete job by leaving my CDROM data cable disconnected. I would have called them about my data cable, but felt that they would say "See you fix one thing and something else goes wrong. You still want to consider a new computer."
