What a find. Just moved here from Southern California. I depend on my personal computer to run my technology business. So grateful to have found a competent and responsive full service support service - - and WOW, the price is more than fair. I had several requirements including the need for cleaning up of malware and new virus protection (mine had expired) Ryan knew precisely what I needed, made appropriate recommendations, applied fixes and had me up and running with lightening speed, without any muss or fuss. Friendly, easy and COMPREHENSIVE for a much lower price than I would have paid other "geeks". Ive been working for Fortune 500 companies for 25 years; enjoying the benefits of their in-house support at my finger tips. Dealing with Ryan was like having all of those highly trained people and departments in one person without the wait time. All the friendliness of co-workers, none of the bureaucracy of a corporation. I consider Heptech a permanent partner in my service delivery eco-system. Im confident in relying on them as partners in my business. You can too.

I read the reviews on Ryans service from others and noticed someone I knew. I decided to try the service. I found Ryan courteous and knowledgeable. I found his answering calls or calling back above normal. His service was quick and thorough. He fixed operating system errors and network card errors on one system and reloaded the operating system on another along with testing a defective drive and replacing it with another usuable drive I had. No pressure to upsell or buy as with PCLaptops. More knowledgeable than Office Depot, less expensive than many places (Staples, Best Buy) and everything was documented and paperwork done unlike others. No standing in lines forever at Best Buy or walking around the store looking for someone at Staples, or Office Depot. I will use Ryan again. James Clemans, Cottonwood Heights

I chose HepTech based on the reviews I read online and I was not disappointed in my choice. My sons laptop screen blacked out on Sunday. I dropped it off at HepTech on Monday at noon. Ryan said he would take a look and call me to let me know what the problem was. Twenty minutes later Ryan called to let me know that the screen was shot and would need to be replaced. He said he could order a new screen and most likely have it by Wednesday and installed in a couple of days. He quoted me a fair replacement price and I approved the work order. Ryan called me Wednesday afternoon to advise me that the Laptop was repaired and ready for pickup. No empty commitments with HepTech. They stand behind the commitments they make. Ryan is a dependable person.

My desktop computer had so many problems with the hardware. Heptech was patient as we waited for parts, troubleshot the issues, attempted to resolve with the manufacturer etc. In the end we discovered that the motherboard was a piece of junk (replaced twice and each replacement was garbage as well) and that two sticks of RAM had errors on them as well. the entire repair process took several months due to the shear complexity of the issues and shipping/warranty time, Heptech was there the entire way, helping and offering advice, searching for a replacement motherboard with a CPU socket type that isnt manufactured anymore. great service, and the computer is running beautifully now.

I cannot believe that I could call the same day and get my laptop back within 2 hours - HEPTECH is an amazing shop. Ryan, the owner is amazingly knowledgeable and the price was so reasonable that you cannot compare it to PC Laptops or other computer repair dealers prices in the valley. IT IS FAIR AND REASONABLE. YOU HAVE TO TRY HEPTECH for your next computer melt down problem, you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! Thank you so much for saving my pictures off my sd card. I was at my daughters award assembly when she was getting the highest award possible, I ran out of room on my sd card for pictures. My wife accidentally formatted the sd card in the camera, erasing all the pictures of my son getting his new belt in karate. Thanks to Ryan at Heptech, he was able to get all my pictures and more back for me. I’m very grateful for him and for his knowledge so I will have pictures of those events forever.

I absolutely LOVE Ryan and the service I get at HepTech! I am full dependant on my laptop for work and school and I cannot afford to be down for long periods of time. Ryan always works hard to reduce my downtime and provide excellent customer service! I am so grateful to have an excellent computer guru to make sure I am up and running and virus free! I want just calling to see if they sold refurbished hard drives. I however called before they were open and my call went to voicemail I didnt leave a message and I figured I would call back later. Well before I called back I got a call from Ryan stating that he noticed a missed call from me and just calling to see what he could help with. That is what I call great customer service! Definitely keep these guys in mind if I need help with my computers.

Dynamite service! Heptech came to the rescue when I needed a clean install of Windows 7 on my laptop as well as some Programs installed. I was weary of the "Big Computer Repair Shops" when it came to assisting me in setting up my Programs and Virus protection, so I decided to try a small shop with a "Personal Touch", and WOW!! ....was I pleasantly surprised. The price was lower than I imagined and that just made my day. Thanks Heptech, well done!

Ryan was SO helpful and knowledgeable! My laptop had a virus, which he removed for me so fast it was unbelievable! He saved all my documents and reloaded the Operating System. Im thrilled that now I have "a computer guy!" (And hes local, too!) I checked with Geek Squad before looking around and they want a huge amount just to look at your computer, and you can bet youd just be a number to them. Not so with HepTech!

Heptech was able to recover data off a corrupt flash drive. The drive appeared empty asking to be formatted whenever I plugged it in, but there had been thousands of files on it previously. I had the vague hope Heptech might be able to recover some portion of the data on it. They were able to recover the entire drive which included over 10,000 pictures, including irreplaceable family pictures. Would highly recommend!

I run a small business, and I have been using Heptech for the past few years. He is always on time and very prompt. He know his stuff and can fix anything with a computer. I do not have .I.T guy I just call Heptech to help from viruses to any computer glitches that need to be fixed. If you were a friend of mine I would tell you to call him. He is honest and will treat you right and can offer good advice.
