In the Geeksquad world of cafeteria service & experts who can somehow determine you need a $200 repair after only 2 keystrokes A Computer Fix was a refreshing find. They take the time to really diagnose your PC, explain things, go over options, & actually tell you whether its worth fixing! Ben worked on my PC & stunned me not just with his knowledge, but also the extraordinary amount of time he devoted to getting it right. Expertise, dealing with people fairly, doing what you say you will do, & backing your work is what turns one time customers into lifetime customers. And Ben has made me a lifetime customer. It was my husbands birthday, and the best thing I could think of giving him was a computer that didnt take 10 minutes to boot up and an eternity to surf! I found A Computer Fix online and called. Paul made a special trip to the office just to meet me and fix the computer so my husband could have it on his birthday. Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable, he went the extra mile to get it right in a spiffy. My husband was thrilled! And so was I! And to top it off it was so much less than other well known computer chains! Thanks Paul

I dont know a lot about computers, and when I called Computer Fix to ask about some problems I was having with my computer, they were very patient with me. I really appreciated the way they explained things to me and helped me understand the different options to fix my computer. I am so happy with their customer service, honesty and friendliness, that I would definitely recommend them to anyone, especially my friends and family. It has been a long time since I have met with a business as great as Computer Fix.

I took my computer to A computer Fix, as luck would have it, I got a virus on my computer. They were very understanding and was able to save all my files off my hard drive and reprogram my computer. It was very affordable and I am lucky that I called them. The turn around time was less than two days. Thank you and look forward to doing business with you in the future. The great thing is I didnt get pressured to purchase a new computer or get told that my system was junk. Totally understanding. Thank You.

This place was poorly run! They kept my computer for 3 weeks and couldnt get it fixed! It took them 2 weeks for us to determine that fact... The last week I called and stopped by to reclaim my property, no one answered the phones or returned my calls. I stopped by again today and finally, someone was there (it was a miracle)! I now have my computer and can get it to someone who knows what they are doing! The owner did feel bad and was nice, but they just couldnt fix my computer problem!

REPEAT CUSTOMER!!! Not only did a computer fix build me an awesome computer they have helped with many IT questions. They built my computer exactly to my liking and they have always been very patient with us and always willing to help with anything. They will go to any length to make sure we are happy!
