DO NOT COME TO FIX YOUR ORIGINAL iPHONE THERE. YOU MAY SAVE MORE AS YOU EXCEPT. OR YOU MAY LOSS LOT(APPLES WARRANT). I had got my phone back(~Aug.10) since the first time visit was 40 days ago(June.20). I am glad that they made my phone work! Cant except even more. but there are still some issue about my phone: first, my screen work bad after they fixed. screen cant figure out where I pushed fast and accurately as good as original phone before they fixed. second, the wireless connection is bad. It cant even faster than my Iphone4 I bought ~5 years ago! Specially, that happen after their second fixed when they bought my phone for 3 weeks. I would like to know that are they not taken my original Apple parts, then placed third-party components on my phone. Because these problems did not appear in the first time they fix my phone. Honestly, I do not want to let them give me a cell phone repair. Waste of my time and energy. I would think about that I spent $ 700 to buy a lesson: what told you and what they did not always match. ========================================================== It is old review! (7.20)Updata: now there connect me again from the manager to see what could they do for my Iphone5S. First of all, I really want to discuss my Iphone problem again. Not like today shirk responsibility. Because my phone had problems after you repair. Dont come here to fix your Iphone！ Day 1:(Thuresday- Friday) At Thuresday night, My Iphone5S cant charging anymore, and i cant make a appointment with APPLE genius to fix that in following weekdays, so i came this store to fix my phone at Friday afternoon. IMPORTANT: My Iphone was great as normal except that charging problem. I asked: My phone cant charge anymore, could you fix that. They said: yes, your charging port is broken, you need replace that charging port. Do you want charging port replacement? i said yes, and they tell me that they do cover what that replaced charging port; dont cover some called Supplemental damage like physical damage or water damage. I think thats nener happen to me, so dont care about that. After they fixed my Iphone, i back to home because the battery is 0% so i cant check my phone is worked or not. After i charged my phone( they do fix that charging problem), i found i cant open phone system. It let me connect with Itunes to update or restore it. Even I feel sorry to my photos and some record, but i still restore bravely. But the store proceed at "Check Iphone Hardware" then stopped and said its an error, your restore is failed. I tried restore 7 times and got the same result. So i decided to ask this store about that tomorrow. Then I made an appiontment with Apple Genius on a really far location as PLAN B in case. I feel sad but no worry about my phone. Day 2:(Saturday) I came this store and tell them above information at morning. They said they would look at my phone and fix that. They would call me when they finished fixing me Iphone. I had waited until this store would closed time, and i still didnt get any call from this store. So I came there to ask whats going on my phone. They said they still working on my phone, wanna more time to fixed that. I said: No problem, I would come nest Monday(because closed at Sunday). Take your time. I just want to get a completed fixed phone for me. I feel happy and think this store is really nice.

I wish I could give you guys zero stars, but google wont let me!!! You charged me money to fix my the charging port of my phone, and when I went to get it back you said it was fixed but Id have to charge it at a certain angle...what kind of fixing is that?? After this supposed "fixing," I realized my speakers were completely shot and my SD card was wiped clean....all my memories and music all gone! When I asked about the speakers they wanted to charge me to replace speakers that they freaking broke!! Then regarding the SD card, they rudely kept on trying to insist that it was absolutely not their fault. I wanted to be so rude to them when I confronted them about the new problems that my phone had, but the attendant looked like someone had beat him up pretty badly, so I kept my mouth shut....but now Im pissed, and stuck at my first week of college, out of state, with a non-functioning cell-phone in a building that I barely know!! And I DON"T HAVE ANY OF MY DATA!! you suuuck!.....i fell rude but gosh, youve really made my life a lot more complicated that it needs to be!

My phones mic stopped working because I was cleaning my phone with a can of air. I took my phone in and was told if they could open the phone and just clean it out and get it to work it would be $25.00 if they had to replace the mic it would be $35.00. I thought this was an amazing price so I went ahead and left my phone. A few hours later after several failed call attempts I drove back over to see if my phone was ready. I was told cleaning the phone didnt fix the issue and while a mic replacement would probably fix the phone they couldnt find the part. I was charged $25.00 for nothing. This place charged me to do nothing but waste my time. If I was told upfront that they could not get the part, and if the cleaning didnt work there would be nothing they could do I would have never left my phone. I feel like they did do the work, but they could have done nothing and just took my $25.00 and I would have no clue.

Although they offer decent prices, it took entirely too long for a representative to get back to me about whether or not my phone parts were available or able to be ordered. I was misinformed at the beginning , which was permissible, but they were not in a rush to rectify or even expedite the situation after at least two weeks from the initial transaction. In the end, I chose to go elsewhere for my phone repair because I had to call them to see if I was still going to receive services and was assured I would receive a call the following day, but that never happened. I would definitely say there was a deficiency in prompt and reliable service on their end.

I got fast, friendly, excellent service at CPR South Mountain. I had dropped my phone and the screen went blank. I was sure Id need a new phone but I thought Id try to get it repaired. They were able to quickly figure out what it needed, and replaced the screen for a very reasonable cost and quick turn around. I was scheduled to have surgery the day after I needed the repair and I would have been up a creek without the information that I had stored in my phone, not to mention the inconvenience of being without it as I recovered from surgery. My great experience at South Mountain CPR saved me!

I went in here because my phone just died randomly one day. Without GPS, I went to the closest place to my work. They were very attentive and helped me out without much wait. After that was fixed, Ive been back a few other times for unrelated matters (screen, battery, accessories) They remember my name and are always very helpful and friendly. Dont waste your time with other phone repair shops. These guys are fair, honest & professional. They even have magazines out, because when you hand your phone over, the first thing you think is "now what do I do?" Awesome shop!
