My wife tried taking our laptop in due to some issues, and the people here tried to sell her a new hard drive (that is not the problem with the computer) and an over priced computer clean up. They then told her if she didnt want to do those she would have to buy a new laptop. As a side note, a new hard drive might fix the problem, but doesnt do anything that formatting the current drive and reinstalling Windows wouldnt do (other then give me more memory I am not using), which is something I was hoping to avoid.

Kip was awesome! He cleaned up my computer after it had been hacked by scammers. He put AVG protection on for me as well. He explained things to me and said to come back if I had any issues. I did have one thing that I couldnt figure out with opening some documents for my graduate class. I went back in and Kip was very professional and helped me solve the issue! I highly recommend InVision computers!!
