I had a really negative experience with Invise Solutions. I would not recommend them to anyone. Over the phone they appear to have great customer service. I had them repair my phone and they ended up just destroying my phone. They were simply changing a broken LCD screen and they ended up giving it back to me in worse condition than I gave it to them in. The owner wanted me to pay for the repair before I could even tell if the phone was working properly. The battery was dead and needed to be charged for an hour before it would turn on. I refused to pay for it without knowing if it worked. Im so glad I didnt pay because the phone wouldnt power on because they broke it. The owner met me over several times to for things he needed and every time he was way later than the time he asked me to meet him. He was not reliable. Also here is an example of how bad their service is. They repair phones yet they do not have a charger to charge the phone when the battery dies on them as they work on it. The owner told me the turn around time for my phone would be 24 hours, and it took him 14 days to give me back a broken phone. The investor of the company had as poor of service as the owner did. Overall, Id recommend another company to work on your electronics.

UPDATE: FEB 25th still no iMac this is ridiculous Mike the founder and owner is not a man of his word he makes excuses after excuses never gets back to you unless you keep calling and emailing again and again.I took my iMac for hard drive upgrade and it took weeks for them to call me back and when they did they used a tape which wasnt even for an iMac. The screen stuck out because of the tape they used...horrible job. Then they call me again telling me they broke my screen trying to fix it and that it would be weeks until i would get it back, weeks turned into months and when i finally got a call to pick it up the screen that was installed on the iMac was defective. since then all they have done is blame their supplier and try to make it seem like an replacement screen takes months to get. Now he has the audacity rot tell me I can take it broken to get it fix myself because they dont have the funds to fix it!!!!!!I took this iMac at the end of September 2016!!! I have been more than patient throughout this but this is just too much. I will most likely be forced to take legal route because this is outrageous DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER OR HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON!! They are unprofessional and are not capable or trained to do business.

Terrible service. Never going back or recommending it to anybody. First of all, they say that their business hours are from 8:30 - 6:00, but I showed up during business hours FOUR TIMES and nobody was at the shop. Two of these times I even called ahead to make sure someone would be there. I was told there would be, and still, it was empty. I even ran into another unhappy costumer who had been waiting an hour and a half and was told that someone would meet him there 90 minutes earlier. They took much longer than they told me it would take to fix my problem, and when it was finally done (and someone was actually at the shop) they charged me about $30 more for the service than he told me it was going to cost. Incredibly unprofessional, and unbelievably poor service. If I could give even less than 1 star I would. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to bring your computer. (By the way, pretty sure they wrote their own 5 star reviews to bump the average. See all of the 5 star, no comment reviews from "A google user" from 2 years ago")

I am an independent contractor who works from home with my laptop. So I was very concerned when I developed a computer virus. I had been referred to Invise Solutions and Mike assured me that if I paid their reasonable rush charge, he would get it done the same day. And he was true to his word even though it was after 11 PM when he finished up. He also took the time to make sure I could access all of my work-related programs successfully, he cleaned out the extra garbage to free up a lot of space and he installed a new anti-virus program & showed me how to access it. It is obvious that Mike loves what he does and offers a very professional service. I highly recommend Invise Solutions to anyone needing help with their computers.

Worst service ever, makes up excuses after excuses and seems like they actually never worked on the laptop while they had it for the 2 weeks. Then come to find out, it cant even be fixed. So it took 5 days for the part to come in and then another week for him to tell me that information. Stay away from this place, and go somewhere way more reputable. Very frustrating. They are open 8:30am to 6pm, and I asked if I could come by at 8:30 to grab the laptop, and he said no, because he wont be in until 9 to 9:30. WHO DOES THAT AS A OWNER??? your open at bloody 8:30 and have no one there to run the damn store??? You should bend over backwards for your customers.

I called Invise about running a cable from the kitchen to an upstairs bedroom just above. They were professional, courteous, and experienced. They suggested a solution which saved me a great deal of hassle and some money as well, using a specific Ethernet-over-power solution which theyve had success with in the past, with a fallback of my original plan. They suggested this knowing it might work and cost them the job, because they felt it would be a better solution for the customer. I would definitely call them again for any similar issues, and pay them happily for their work, as I know they are fair and have the customers interests at heart.

I recently posted a poor review which I am now updating because Invise not only finished our project with them but they also went above and beyond to make up for the poor experience to make sure we were taken care of: I have always been impressed with the quality of Invise. They do GREAT work at an affordable rate. Although we had a small road bump of miscommunication with our most recent laptop they went above and beyond to make things right and it made a huge difference! I feel like Invise solutions can fix just about anything so before you give up on your device bring it to them and see what they can do!

The worst customer service. Every commitment they made to me was not met, nor did they seem to care. Completely unreliable, for example, they told me it would take 2 hours for them to fix my stuff, it took 7 days. They never called once to let me know it would take longer, I had to call daily to follow what was going on. On one occasion I called and they told me it was ready and that I should come by, I arrived at the time they told me to, only to find the store closed, an hour before the actual closing time. Tried calling, no answer for the next couple days that followed.
