A tucked away Jewel in the heart of Holiday. This is a throw back to a by gone era! A family ran service business with father to son expertise and commitment to their craft! I had no real expectations that my project could be completed in the time I HOPED for, as it was 5 days before Christmas and I saw the orders stacked before me on the table of those of a more prognostic nature than myself. No concrete promises were made, but I was assured to not despair, and instead call right before closing time on that Friday night. Mark was Santa for me as he delivered!! I was fortunate to have caught Mark when he had a few minutes to welcome me into his enclave and tutor me as what he does and how he completed my treasured project. Totally over my head!! But his passion is infectious and he truly wanted to make sure that I had exactly what I envisioned when I trusted him to transfer the family 8mm archives to DVD. He went well beyond my expectations. He and his staff enlightened me as to how and how well they do their craft. Being somewhat selfish, as most human tend to be, I almost did not want to write this and share my newfound techno treasure...in the spirit of Christmas I share this with those such as myself... with the techno challenges I face daily. I was looking for a new laptop that had an LED screen, great speakers, and long battery life. Mark helped me find all of this at an affordable price. I love my Samsung laptop. Gary the computer tech was awesome at making sure that I had the best and newest antivirus, spyware installed so I can keep my new purchase clean and safe. Thanks guys not only were you both super friendly you really know your stuff.

Been seeing these guys for years, and have had them fix more than a few computers for me. Some so far gone they wouldnt even recognize a power source was plugged in- and Mark and his team were able to either repair the machine or salvage all of the data from it (family pictures, videos, etc that we thought were long gone). Super fast, amazing, knowledgable and reliable. Why go anywhere else?

Mark is awesomeee!!! I believe he is the owner, man he is fantastic not only doing the work right but also as a person , he gives you that peace of mind that you need when you give your computer for repairs. he fixed my gateway , the DC jack was broken so he fixed it and it works perfectly, i recommend this place to anyone who has problems with their PC, this guys do great job!!

I bought my computer with Video Wholesale Services! They were so friendly to work within my budget, I ended up with a used quad core computer with 4gigs of Ram and Windows 8 for under $400. Whenever I have any questions about viruses or updates, they always help me very quickly and with a smile. I would recommend these guys to anyone with a computer.

Fast & reasonable. I was worried I had lost all my data on my lapotop, but these guys restored it all in just a few hours AND helped me understand how to use my chip reader better. The shop is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by a garden in a home-like setting behind Black Diamonds factory. They also fix camcorders, and do movie film transfers.

Mark is the owner and has been in this business for over 30 years. They can transfer any type of film, home movies or tapes onto DVDs and get it done professionally with lots of care. They are very proud of their work! They also are the best at computer repair!

I called to ask a simple question if they could convert a data file to DVD. The guy asked me to call back tomorrow and he might be in a better mood and hung up. Even if they did it for free, I would not go to them now. Customer Service is Dead!

Converted a VHS tape from Russia in SECAM format to digital format overnight for me. Came out great. Considering most of the large companies out there dont even support SECAM VHS tapes, it was nice to have someone local that would do it.
