I contacted Hyperion Works because i was having trouble with a pc that was shutting off during operation. They diagnosed the problem (the video card was dying), replaced the graphics card and had it ready to go in 1-2 days...and all at a price that was more than generous. Because my first experience with them was so positive, i had them assemble a custom pc for me (they let me buy the parts and just charged me a flat fee for assembly and installing the operating system.....though they offer pre-built solutions as well for people that dont want to pick out their own parts). They had my new pc fully operational and ready to go the next day. From start to finish, i found all levels of service to exceed my expectations. One thing that i especially appreciated is that every single time that i called in, somebody answered the phone. Hyperion Works are knowledgeable and technically proficient, offer quick turn around times and are extremely affordable. Ill be using Hyperion Works for every computer related issue that I have for as long as i live in Phoenix.

Ive had the best experience with Hyperion Works of any data or cyber-security company in the Valley. I had an extremely obscure problem involving encryption, Linux and missing files. Days went by as I consulted friends, the Internet, and other shops while seeking solutions to no avail - the team at Hyperion was able to solve my problem AND provided highly fair pricing, fast service, and open communication. Their business is a rare marriage of offering the extreme ends of their technical skill area, while maintaining the high business standards and friendliness youd expect to find in a locally-owned, mom-and-pop-type business. You dont always need to do the latter, when youre a wizard with skills few others have. I will definitely be using and recommending Hyperion in the future, and you should as well.

I have done business with Nick Coons, the owner of Hyperion Works, for well over 5 years. I am just an individual who uses a PC at home but I have always been treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. I have bought hardware from them and also have had both on-site and remote sessions with Nick and one of his employees. They didnt try and sell me a super-expensive part and that made me happy. hired them to address some critical maintenance issues on our company linux mail server. They only solved the one issue (which we told them how to solve because we had seen it before) . The remaining issues simply trailed off into ill get back to you oblivion. They finally sent us an atrociously high bill for service that wouldnt meet any commercial entities standards for acceptability.
