Steve was unprofessional, unethical, and threatening and would warn anyone looking to conduct business with him. I called Steve to help with my computer that kept going into sleep mode despite the fact that I had already changed the power and graphics card in the machine. After running diagnostics, he confirmed that it was not an issue with the power or graphics card and said that my computers motherboard needed to be replaced with a repair quote of about $200-$300. As a second option, he proposed that I buy a used machine from him that was comparable and much more reliable. After much debate, I called him back and stated I would just have the motherboard replaced. To my surprise, he told me that the motherboard was from Japan and he did not feel comfortable making the change so I could just have my machine back. I thought this was odd being that many technological parts are made in that region of the world but agreed if the job was going to be too big for him. I also inquired about the second option of buying a used machine that was comparable and he quoted me about $300. I said I would purchase the used machine and take back my broken computer. He said he could just take my broken one off my hands, but I protested and said I wanted it back and we agreed that I would come by when my car was out of the shop to make the exchange. However, I called him back later that day to reschedule because my car was still not completed and he volunteered to send his son to bring my items and pick up payment. I agreed and thought that was very nice. However, his son came only with the used machine that I was to purchase and did not have my broken machine. I took the used machine and gave the son a check for payment in full and told the son that I would be by later to grab my machine. Then, I called Steve and he said he simply forgot to send my broken machine, but I could stop by whenever but to please call first because he is always in and out. To my disappointment, I hooked up the purchased used machine and saw that it was not a comparable unit. I tried calling Steve for days but there was no answer or return to my call. My trust was shot. I decided to try showing up to his place of business/residence. I sat outside his business and called him and no answer again. Moments later, I went to the door and he appeared. I told him that his machine was inferior and not comparable as he had represented and wanted a refund as well as my old machine. He became very angry and agitated and visibly began shaking and speaking in a very aggressive manner. He took the used machine back, gave me my broken machine in pieces and a refund check minus $180 for diagnostics. Immediately, I noticed that parts were missing, including 2 GB of RAM. I asked him why my machine was in this condition and he became even more aggressive. Fearfully, I rushed out of there and determined the money lost was not worth my safety. Please consider using the services of another business that is professional, ethical, and non-threatening.

The guy is no longer in American Fork but in Cedar Hills. I called him Friday afternoon and made sure he would have time to look at my computer as I needed it fixed quickly. He assured me he had the time. I dropped it off and expected a call. I waited and waited but he didnt let me know. I then called him. I admit it was a bit late (9:00 pm) but I needed information. He yelled and me for calling him so late, told me he had looked at the computer, but refused to give me any information. He then called me about 11:00 this morning and told me that the computer needed to be reformatted and the raid undone and I possibly had a video card problem. I asked him to try switching out the video card to see if that fixed anything and he said he would. I then called him about 4 or 5 hours later and he still hadnt done it. I thought I had explained the urgency to him and he said nothing about not having time. He then started being very rude to me and demanded that I pick up in my computer in the next 15 minutes or he would keep it until Monday. He also demanded I pay him in cash. He was quite upset that I only paid the agreed upon price and not extra for doing the reformatting himself. I have never had a business be this rude or aggressive to me. I picked it up and asked him if he had any more information on the problem which he could give me. He pretty much refused to tell me anything and cut off his wife from telling me anything. I returned home and found out that IT IS JUST A GRAPHICS CARD PROBLEM!!!! The guy was WRONG and wanted to charge me EXTRA to do unnecessary work.

Steve Morris has been servicing my computer(s) for years now. He has dealt with everything from computer emergencies to minor annoyances in an efficient, curteous, and professional manner. This is why I have continued to use his services and recommend him to friends and family. His rates are extremely competitive, especially for the amount of individual time and attention he gives his customers. I have gone to large businesses (Best-buy, Staples) and they charge a lot more for a lot less. Steve takes the time to show me the problem and then fix it, so I know what I am paying for. I greatly value his honesty and forthrightness in his business dealings. Over the years he has taught me a lot about computers so I am now able to trouble shoot small problems on my own. I would recommend him to anyone with a computer. Get to know him, you will be glad you did.

Have had aGeeko repair a couple of my computers. One time I was able to deliver it to him; the other time, I was working out of state and had to have him go to my home office and fix my computer so I could remote into it. Awesome, reliable, timely, trustworthy, excellent work.

Very rude and arrogant. First Steve said he could help with my small computer issue. Then he said he would "pass" on the job because he doesnt like screaming kids or barking dogs.( I dont have kids but we do have dogs.) Then he just hung up on me.

Ageeko utah computer repair was great! Their personnel is amazing to work with and knows exactly what to look for. I had no clue what caused some of the problems but now my computer is running perfectly as it should
