FREE DIAGNOSTIC WARNING!!!! So my computer had a weird issue. Whenever I plugged it in the screen would go black, but the computer would still be running. I could turn it off, let it charge and use it again. I took it in to see if they could do anything. When I took it in for diagnostics, they said it would not charge or turn on and that the motherboard was dead and it wasnt worth fixing; they proceeded to ask if they could recycle it instead of put it back together, but I said no because I had it turned on earlier that day. I took the computer home, basically reinstalled every driver and all the programs under the computer tab and now it is working perfectly. It went from your computer is dead to me (a not computer savvy person) fixing it. This is the first time I have used a computer repair service and I am really glad I didnt just let them recycle it instead of having them put it back together. Basically the misdiagnosed my issue and almost made me through away a $700 dollar computer that was only three years old. The people are super nice, but nice didnt help me.

I was not satisfied with CompuClinics service. I chose them because of their high rating on Google. I took my laptop in to get the touchpad reconnected, and to have some driver work done with Intel Rapid Start. They successfully reconnected the touchpad. However, they told me the driver had been repaired, but when I took it home, the driver was not working and the laptop showed an additional Dolby Sound error that had not shown up before. I took it back in, and they fixed the driver - however, it was not fixed completely, as the laptop would take over a minute to wake up from sleep mode, which is not normal. They wanted to charge me an additional $50 to look at it again. Since I had already paid them to fix the driver and it still was not fully functioning, I did not take it back in. In addition, my soundcard now has spotty performance, and so I often dont have sound on my laptop. The sound issue was not occurring before I took the laptop in to CompuClinic.

I took my laptop to CompuClinic because my power button wasnt working. The guy assisting me took part of the screen casing off in front of me and found a tiny piece of plastic had fallen out of place. So immediately he just glued it back where it was supposed to go. He also noticed that my screen felt unstable and discovered I had several little screws missing on the bottom of my laptop. He quickly replaced the missing screws and it was so much better! I had recently had the backing on my laptop replaced elsewhere (due to cracks in the plastic likely caused by the missing screws) and they hadnt caught this issue. CompuClinic went the extra mile in repairing my laptop. I felt like they genuinely wanted me to have a good experience with my computer and they werent just in it for the money. He didnt even charge me! He explained everything he was doing, was very nice, and had me in and out in about 5 minutes. I had a terrific experience here and highly recommend it.

I dont have my computer back yet so maybe I shouldnt do a review, but they have had it for 3 days for a malware removal. Yesterday they called me saying they couldnt get into my computer because the password was wrong. I was at work so I told them every password I have ever used. He wanted to charge me $75 more dollars on top of the $130 he was already charging to remove the malware and install an avira, which I just found out is free. The only other option he gave me to stay within the price quote was to whip out my hard drive and start over. I asked him if I couldnt just try to set a new password for my Microsoft account on my phone. He said no. I was at work so didnt have time to verify his advice until later. When I tried to log in from my phone I was able to to so with no problem with the original password Id given him. Now I dont know what to expect or when I will be able to pick it up. And my rents past due because I needed my computer fixed first

All three employees provide primo customer service. I went in to ask advice on purchasing a good computer for media editing. Theyve patiently looked through different computer manufacturers sites with me twice! They helped me order a custom computer for video editing. They helped keep it in my budget and for their time and effort they charged me nothing! They simply suggested I give them a good review and use them again when needed. I will gladly do both! My experience is that its rare to find people who know computers as well as they do and who care about the people theyre helping like they do. If you need computer help, GO TO THEM! Theyre very honest.

The guys at CompuClinic are awesome! I had been searching for a replacement LCD assembly on a touchscreen HP laptop. I tried online and three different places either sent me broken/used screens (advertised as New) or they didnt reply to me altogether. Jessie was very helpful and got me a screen assembly through one of their vendors. It was a bit more expensive than other replacements, but I figured I would save money in the long run going through their trusted vendor. Item came in decently fast with overnight shipping. Item was in mint condition and installation was a breeze. I highly recommended them if you are looking for special order parts!

I bought a new laptop and it had windows 8 on it and let me tell you windows 8 sucks. so I installed windows 7 but had to delete everything on the hard drive and it deleted all the drivers with it and when we started it up it wouldnt connect to the internet so i looked online who is the best and with CompuClinic i looked at the bad reviews and the company replied to the bad ones which showed me that they actually cared about their reviews so i went there and after an hour he fixed up my laptop for cheap he was nice and if i ever have a problem they will be the first place i go

I am very pleased with my experience with CompuClinic. The service was fast, completing my repair the same day. It was a good price, I was going to do the work myself but when I priced the new hardware somewhere else it was only $10 more for them to provide and install it. I liked talking to the technician himself, he was very straight forward and pleasant to speak with. I have been looking at buying a laptop and it is good to know of a place I can trust in buying a used laptop or even desk top. I will definitely be using their services and buying from them in the future.

The staff at CompuClinic are very knowledgeable and do everything they can to get you the best deal around. They are honest and efficient, they make sure they do the job right the first time. They are always conscious that many people are on a budget and offer several price ranges if you need parts replaced in your computer. They are completely no pressure and will give you solid advice on what parts to choose. Ive taken several machines in to them now and am so impressed that I will continue to do business with them for many years to come. :)
