Real Biz Review

Checked on AZ Sec of State Website they are not licensed. I called and asked if they were licensed under this name and they said they were licensed????? My office systems have personal data and I need a legit company who is registered and insured to work on them I will not just not let anyone work on my systems. Honesty is the best policy. As for your response, Trade Names are what they are "called Trade names". So when they look up your company they have a registered name to go with a business, what are you afraid off?? Yes you are a DBA, Doing Business AS.. Yes Insured does your insurance policy cover all the other manes you use "San Tan Computer Repair, Gilbert Computer Repair, Chandler Heihgts Computer Reapair, etc " Having Address that are Post Offices, Empty lots etc. The policy you have is for you not all your DBAs??? Just your name, I mean DBA. Good Business pratice include that you are honest with customers. No to give false information of making your company bigger then it is. You work out of one location and it is your home. Do not make the public think you are some huge Business. That is why I am called "Real Biz Review Transparency is the best policy, thank your for the feedback.......

I was having trouble with my old laptop. When I called the number I found on the Internet for Karls Technology William answered William checked the computer remotely. There was a significant issue and I decided to buy a new laptop. He helped me with that and when I picked up the computer he set it up and transferred files. He was professional, listened to all my novice questions patiently and is very knowledgeable. Ii am now computer happy. The cost for all this was fair I will definitely call Karls in the future.

William was knowledgeable with Apple/Mac products and efficiently completed the problem making me comfortable with my new system setup. He saved me a much dreaded trip to the Apple Store...
