Friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. They are NOT condescending or impatient with seemingly "stupid" questions, as some "geek" services can be. I have my computer back after a hard drive replacement. they could have tried to sell me a new machine but instead explained to me the value and merits of getting my old one back up and running. A+ ! and while I hope I dont have to return any time soon, Im glad to know theyre there in case I need them.

Just dropped in because I was in dire need of RJ45 connectors. Nobody had them in Sierra Vista including Best Buy and Staples. They were kind enough to just give me some to get me through my project. Great customer service!

Recommended that my senior citizen neighbors drive the 2 hours to Monsoon. Ripped off.... Charged them over $200 and didnt even upgrade them to Windows 10. I am embarrassed......

Great Customer Service. Had a problem with a tablet, took it in, To repair ended up costing more than the tablet. They didnt even end up charging a diagnostic fee.
