My experience with Rob and In Home Computer Repair was extraordinary. My home computer crashed and I did not know if fixing it would be best or just buying a new computer was the route to take. Contacted Rob, to inquire about my situation, and he responded within the hour. I had detailed the problems that I noticed, within my inquiry. Where most support companies would just tell me they would need to charge me a fee to assess the issues, Rob responded to my inquiry with his idea of what was going on and an approximate cost to repair. He advised he could pick it up or I could drop it off. I dropped off the computer around 5:30 and he advised he would check it out that night and give me a call. I really didnt expect him to work on it that night and figured he would just get to it the next day. Two hours later, Rob called me to advise that the hard drive was fried. He then went on to say that he had replaced with a new hard drive and was just booting it up to ensure everything was good to go. He said to give him about a half hour to check things out and that I could stop by and pick up the computer. I was floored with the fast turnaround. I cant thank Rob enough for doing that so quickly. When I picked it up, he gave me the invoice and it was much less than he initially quoted. He has made a customer for life and I am already referring him to friends and family in case they ever need computer support.

I highly recommend Rob he came straight to my house the same night I called. He was highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, in fact informative to as I know little amount computers. My sons computer he has only had maybe a couple months that his dad build him, wouldnt boot. A virus wiped his computer and a bad SSD(hard drive as I call it)so grateful there were 2 in this computer. Again I am not very knowledgeable. His price was EXTREMELY reasonable, he also recommended a amazing antivirus program that techs use, which now my son has installed, on top of what he had Windows defender. I could go on and on about how Comfortable I was with his professionalism, knowledge, and and even his rate. I will be calling him out again for any and all issues we may encounter over the years. In a couple hours my sons computer was working like new. I had called other people before him, and they wanted to pick up my sons computer, just diagnosed it over the phone without even coming out etc. I am so grateful for Ray and his service. I WILL be referring him to anyone that has a computer issue!! Thank you so much!!! I even had to tip him, forever grateful.
