I got a warning that my hard drive was about to crash. After consulting with Geek Squad and Staples I was told the only option was to install a new drive and start with a clean Windows OS and re-install all my programs. Since I had everything triple backed up I was not worried about losing data but really didn’t want to have to re-install and re-configure everything. Both Geek Squad and Staples said they could not clone the drive, even though it had not failed yet. Ken coaxed my failing drive into cloning to my new hard drive and everything worked perfect. In fact, better and faster than before due to his expert tune-up. Done in 24 hours and only $100 (excluding the new drive). I won’t be going anywhere else the next time I need computer service.

Kenneth brought my MAC 27 back from the dead. He completly repaired, backed up and cleaned my machine to the point that it is running like new again. In addition Ken repaired and cloned my daughters mac 24 into a new Mac 27 and provided a spare backup drive to boot. Cant sat enough about Kens experience and ability to fix any sort of computer. All he asks is does your hard drive still spin??, if it does then he can fix it...awesome!! Thanks Kenneth, George

I am from Colorado and was in town for a quick vacation. My hard drive had several viruses and was eating space to the point of crashing my very high end laptop. Ken killed the viruses, backed me up, installed a bigger hard drive and sped my computer up 3X. All of this for a very reasonable price and I got to visit with a very nice man in the process. Although I only had a 10 minute conversation, I was very impressed with Kens honesty. I was comparing pricing with another provider, and he advised me I was paying roughly double. The other provider was including some upsells in their quoted price, and hopefully that will be resolved satisfactorily. Ken also is very personable, blunt- if he were to ever sugarcoat anything, I suspect he would be baking some cookies.

I got scammed and my computer was hacked. Ken and Barbara helped me out so much! They are very friendly, honest and helpful with the best prices!!! I had over 500 infected files and Ken made my computer work better than ever!! I highly recommend this business to anyone! I will use them again and be referring all my friends. I took my laptop to Ken when it would not boot up. I had my laptop back completely repaired within hours. Ken not only found my laptop full of viruses which he removed updated everything and even installed a additional 1TB hard drive. My laptop is now better then new and easier to use after Kens excellent service. All this same day service with costs a fraction of what I was quoted from competitors.

I have been looking for someone to work on my Mac for several years now as most of the IT people I know fix and build PCs. We found ken on a search and he was great. Very accommodating and had my computer back in a couple of days. When I gave it to him it was overwhelmed with viruses, hadnt been updated, and was very sluggish. Ken was very cautions so as not to do any work that was not necessary on my laptop. After doing extensive research to make sure that the computer did indeed need the repair, he went ahead and did a good job of fixing the problem for a reasonable price. He maintained good communication with me about the status of the repairs and always answered his phone when I called with questions.
