Went over to pick up my laptop. Had a 10 AM appointment, but I learned from the day before that an appointment doesnt matter. A separate line should be set up for those with appointments, as another woman who had one, but was stuck in line with those who did not, pointed out. Fix this Best Buy!

Very expensive for the work they do. I think you would have better luck using a mom-and-pop computer repair store locally, than using Geek Squad. To be honest they are usually pretty friendly, but they are charging 4x the amount you could be paying.

I like Best Buy - never used Geek Squad. I think the best location for Best Buy is the one at Chandler Fashion Center. This is ok too. Definitely not the best camera selection. But they have nice displays for Samsung and Apple.
