I am the most technologically inept person on the planet. With that being said AYS Laptop Repair was a life saver! My laptop stopped booting properly after showing signs that something was wrong for a couple months. I finally got around to taking it in after driving past this location for several weeks. Let me just say for a peraon that knows nothing about the innards of a computer, I felt taken care of at a price that was surprisingly low and in a short amount of time. They only had it for two days. I was happy to learn they were able to save my data. Happy. Happy. Happy.

I was in the Carleton Business Plaza and so happen to find this computer shop, turns out they do everything including smartphones, laptop repair, and even gaming computers which my son loves. I brought my old laptop in for some upgrades the following day after I talked to the guys about the pricing. This is my new one stop shop for all of my electronics!

Charged me $279 for a part to fix my laptop, told me the part would arrive in 3-4 days. It is well past that time frame and I have tried to reach this "company" on multiple occasions to refund my money.. Have not heard a word. This is not a company, it is a scam. Take your business somewhere else.

Excellent service! Tech took the time to explain what was wrong and stayed within the $$$ I could afford. Computer working great now. Second time Ive used the services here. Once for my notebook and once for my all in one PC. Highly recommend, these guys are the best!
