These guys rock! Wholeheartedly recommend them. I went here to get a laptop looked at, primarily to get a quote for an insurance claim. Truth be told, I know computers very well inside and out and always do my own repairs and upgrades. So I speak from experience when I say that I could tell that they really know what theyre doing. They were very friendly and quite knowledgeable. If my insurance claim goes through I may even let them fix my laptop as they deserve my business, and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone else in need of computer service. While I was in the shop I heard them discussing among themselves about another customer that had brought in something in which the repair cost would have been equivalent or greater than the items replacement value. They had told the customer that they would be happy to do the repair if they wanted it but recommended against it for obvious reasons. A lessor store may not have been so honest.

I went here because I called and spoke with Nick who was a straight shooter. I advised him of my issues with computere and what i diagnosed. He told me most likey I was right and could come in and get the part I thought I needed (power supply) or bring in my cpu and he would analyze it for free. So I brought it in and it was the part but also found out I was running a processor that wasnt fit for windows vista. I was like great we go from a $35 power supply to a new processor. Then Nick advised me he had one from another cpu that wasnt new i could get for $20. He was well trained and not out to steal ur money.

Have used this business for years. They are competent, efficient, honest, very fair and affordable. You will not be swindled, taken advantage of if your are computer ignorant, or scammed. Cant say enough good things about these guys. FIVE STARS.
