I busted my Macbook Air computer screen. I was quoted at $600 at another place for a replacement. The icomputer team offered to first try to re-seat the screen for next to nothing (<$100). In fact, when I brought it in James I could wait, and checked that right away. I was very nervous about using an indepent place to leave my laptop, but after meeting James, and seeing how passionate he was about helping people (while still making an honest living) I was sold. I walked away with a deep discount on an installed used screen with a guarnateed credit toward a new screen if I am not happy with the used one within 90 days. I hope my laptop does not need anymore repairs (no more falling alseep with it on my bed!), but if I do, I am going to these people.

Super impressed with this company. I brought in my computer, which was running really slow and making weird noises. Turns out its heavily infected with viruses, needs a new fan and a general tune up. Best Buy quoted me a higher price and said it would take up to two weeks to get it back to me. He got it back to me in 24 hours, and it is running like new! The noises have stopped and the owner sat down and patiently helped me with getting better antivirus software. Super respectful attitude, nice clean and bright storefront, great price, and super fast turnaround. I definitely recommend this great local small business to everyone.

Ive been now twice to icomputer, both times the service was extremely quick, friendly, and very reasonably priced. Let alone the fact that both times the problem my computer was experiencing was completely fixed. I brought my macbook pro in for a screen repair initially to Denver Mac Repair. They quoted me $60 more than icomputer, and carelessly estimated that Id hear back in 3 days. I then called icomputer, and had everything completed with computer back in my hands less than 24 hours later. Worth the drive if youre not in the Glendale area. Easy 5 stars! Great customer service, great pricing, great product.

Ive had two Macs serviced here so far. The first Mac I brought in was not booting into the operating system. Turns out it had a bad drive! I was terrified that all my pictures were going to be lost. The tech here was able to get all my data back and put a new drive in the machine. He had the computer ready for me a day after I brought it in!! It was a huge relief... The second computer was my husbands, and it was having problems with Safari. I was able to get it fixed while I was in the shop picking up my first one. :) I would highly recommend this computer shop!

James the owner was great! I came in with a ipad 2 that was locked and I had forgotten my password. He was able to reset it in a matter of 5 minutes. I havent used that thing in 1.5yrs, and now I can. Plus he threw in a used charger as mine had been lost for a while. He also advised me how he could fix my laptop but we decided it wasnt worth the cost or aggravation as it worked with an external keyboard plugged in. To top it off he let me use his wi-fi to complete my work that was time sensitive. What a great experience. Highly recommend.

I spilled water on my Macbook Air. It obviously wouldnt work after that. I took it to two other repair shops this morning before iComputer. The first shop couldnt find anyone who had the right tool. The second shop wanted $200 just to diagnose it. The gentleman at iComputer only took a few minutes to finish what he was doing. He opened mine up, reattached the trackpad, and that was it. In less than 10 minutes he fixed my problem, and it was only $50!!! Save yourself the time and come here first! Thanks again!

tl;dr this place is run by a fair and honest person who will try to fix your problem ahead of making an easy buck. I will recommend them to anyone, full stop. I went in with a PC laptop that refused to turn on. I have had this happen before, and had low expectations of recovering the guy (I figured the motherboard was toast or something). James quickly looked at my computer and thought a 5 minute tinkering could solve the problem. Sure enough, it was back up and humming. Couldnt be more satisfied.

Excellent computer repair experience. I have a 2010 17" MacBook Pro that needed a new GPU. People kept telling me to get a new computer, but I love my 17", and Apple doesnt make them anymore. So Im going to keep it alive as long as possible. James got me set up with a new GPU and added an app to keep my fans running well and keep my computer cool. He also showed me how to blow out the dust from time to time. AND it cost me less than I expected! Thank you James :-)

I have been to iComputer twice and I will go nowhere else from now on. James is the best! He is very knowledgeable, provides fast service, and takes the worry out of a damaged computer. He is a good man looking to do what is best for you and as a small business there is no corporate bs. Come here first BEFORE you go to the mac store!!! These people are amazing, the owner Sun saved me so much time and money, and was so helpful and patient with my meltdown after losing my macbook. They really are the best in Denver, I dont have an Apple certification, but I am an A+ certified technician, so I can tell you from professional experience that these people are truly artists and brilliant at what they do.

When you run your business off your computer, and then it goes kaput, and youre reasonably tech savvy but by no means a guru, a place like iComputer is a gift from heaven. James is patient and capable, and got my stuff back up in no time.
