TekTrek has been servicing my computer for over ten years now. I have had my share of problems including startup failures, blue screens of death, a crashed hard drive, and numerous infections from malware and spyware. TekTrek has always been able to solve my problems quickly and with a degree of professionalism I have come to expect. When it was time to upgrade, TekTrek made the process seamless. They picked out the computer, delivered it to me, and transferred all my programs and data without a hitch. I would highly recommend TekTrek to anyone needing help with their computer problems.

I dropped off my desktop at about 4:30pm and the owner was able to diagnose and repair my desktop within a hour. I was expecting to have it back within a day or two, but I was pleasantly surprised when I got the phone call that it was done. The only possible downside is that his business is located at his house, which was not a big deal for me. His family was friendly and his home is in a very nice neighborhood, so there arent really any worries.
