We began doing business with Computer Help in 2002 and and have never regretted it. We use their services for our business, personal and for our kids in college computer needs. I think there may have been a couple of times when I was in question over a bill and it was resolved very professionally. I really can not think of a time when I have not been pleased with the services they provide. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and courteous. They are an all around very personalbe and proffesional company. We have recomended them to several people and they too have been please with their services. We have even called on weekends and there was someone there to help us out. Having them be able to Log onto our computers has been very useful and cost effective. They have also proven to be very trustworthy with personal information and you cant put a price on that. Dave

Don and Jeremiah do great work! My laptop crashed and even Best Buy said my info was gone. I thought Id try one more spot locally and sure enough, they were able to recover all of my information from the hard drive. They backed it up on the cloud, as well as on 3 separate hard drives for me. My iPhone storage was phone (no laptop to backup to). They pulled all my info off the iPhone to one of the super computers, backed it up to the same 3 hard drives I provided as well as the cloud, and then cleared my phone of the extra info so my phone wasnt full. Would HIGHLY recommend them to my friends and colleagues. They do great work and their rates are very competitive. Thanks guys!

My computer crashed when I was traveling through Montana, and I needed immediate and sophisticated help. I called Computer Help and Don, the owner, answered the phone personally and invited me to "come right in". Within a couple of hours he resolved my problem, organized my back-ups, addressed a few other issues that had been pending and proactively offered additional advice based on his review of my computer. Computer Help exceeded my expectations in every way.

Actually they were ahead of schedule because instead or ordering a part, they searched around town to find it locally. Because the business owner is on-site, the service level is very good. Computer Help was able to recover ALL of my data from a damaged USB drive. Jeremiah did an amazing job. Don was great. They made it happen within an hour! The technician charged me $150 to back up my files without first verifying whether or not my hard drive was broken. I simple diagnostic would have determined it was not. He later failed to offer a refund.
