Continental Computer is THE BEST. I am completely computer illiterate. Over the past 4 plus years I have been using Continental, they have saved my back side so many times. I am an attorney, a sole practitioner, and never learned computer skills. I have been on the phone with Continental so many times over the years, sometimes in tears, because of computer glitches. Continental has always come through. The staff at Continental is fabulous. They are highly competent, kind, prompt, and have wonderful people skills. They never make me feel like a computer idiot, even though I am. I give Continental Computer my highest recommendation. I would refer them to my family, friends and colleagues. Today my computer was hacked with "ransomware" and locked up. I called CCS they immediately went to work cleaning my PC and in less than an hour the work was done and my PC was restored to normal. Their fees are very reasonable, their service is quick and accurate and the monthly clean-up they provide keeps my PC running smoothly and safely. Again, I strongly recommend this company.

They didnt find a virus but there were other things that needed taking care of. They were professional and had a lot of knowledge about technology.
