I was sitting at my computer and for over 30 years I have never had a virus. Then out of nowhere, my computer starts screaming at me, "You have a virus! You have a virus! Please call this number." After a good deal of investigation, I found out that my Safari search engine was compromised to the max. I made one phone call in a panic to Fast-Teks Pro and I told Amanda what my problem was and she had a tech named Matt come out here in less than two hours. He spoke Computer English so we understood what was going on. He fixed my computer in less than an hour, and then he fixed my wifes computer and my laptop. Matt was done in less then two hours. He was amazing. You guys are outrageous.

I confess that I was somewhat nervous when Chris showed up to service my business computer instead of the consultant, Matt Gannon (awesome!), who has supported us for two years. Yet Chris was equally knowledgeable, competent and effective in communicating with me so that I could understand esoteric malware considerations and how to improve security going forward. Additionally, hes intriguing and fun to talk with about all matters technical. Both Matt and Chris are the face of Fast-Teks; they make Fast-teks very trustable. Great experience!

Ummm yes. When I had a detrimental catastrophic issue with my computer where my hard drive crashed, Fast-Teks was able to recover ALL of my information. Im so relieved because not only was my business on it but pictures from when my son was born to his 5th birthday. They got us set up with a backup as well so if it happens again in the future I wont have a series of minor heart attacks. THANK YOU FAST-TEKS!

Being a girl in my computer freaked I freaked ..I took it to this really great place and I met a young man named Chris who was awesome ..he was patient he knew exactly what he was doing and in hardly any time at all my computer was fixed and it didnt cost nearly what I thought this would cost. Fast, Great service!! My dad is 95 and got some horrible virus on his computer. I left a message for Fast-Teks on a Friday afternoon and Amanda returned my call first thing Monday morning. Ben came and picked up my dads computer within an hour of the call and had it back to him by early afternoon all cleaned up. I am very impressed with their service.
