So far not so good went in almost over a week ago about a week and 3 days. With my samsung galaxy on5. (Had a badly varied screen) they told me it would be $50 to fix it. I was extatic. After being there a few min the guy said they did not have the part and that they would order it and that I need to put $25 down before the repair and another $25 after repair and that it would take 3-5 days (Friday mind you) said it would be in on Monday. I was ok with that. So I put the money down this was on the 18th of nobember here I am on the 28th with still no results. Ive called 3x since then and the keep saying the same thing. Ive gotten no calls or emails from them informing to bring my phone in. I could have ordered the part from Amazon myself had it in a couple days and watched YouTube on how to fix it my self by now. However I wanted it done right so Im gave them a shot.i called today and they said the part is in. WTF! where was my call my e-Mail why was I not informed so now I have to find some time off work and take it in. Maybe Ill change my rating after the repair of all goes well I can at least give them 3 more star of they try and compensate me for such a run around (update:) so after long time waited the part arrived and I was ready to have my phone repaired. Went in greeted with a smile and a handshake. Dropped my phone off ran a fee erronds came back was ready for my phone and its new screen! So there was an issue replacing the screen... I guess when the tech was removing the scree he messed something up by accident. Phone could be repaired but would take longer. So the manager offered me an chive wait and get it fixed or he would upgrade my phone with a Samsung galaxy s5.... no brained I took the s 5!!! I was barely happy and was abe to get everything I needed. However the only thing that is holding me back from giving 5 stars is that I had to come back 2x with in 15 min.... 1st the screen was loose on the s5, felt like it was ready to pop of also had lcd light poking out on the edges. Got that fixed in like 15 min no charge... left went out to testhe cam. And the cam was messed up it would not focus took it in they replaced the cam. 45min. Left happy. Im probably going to pop back in today after work cause the front cam is static and Im having issues with a sim message and service disruption. Called both metro and Verizon and said I need bring it back to my 3rd party. Cause its not a service provider issue.

Im very satisfied with the service I got from CPR. I emailed for a quote and told them specifically what happened, and I got a better than fair quote. I took the phone to the location on Central Avenue, and they told me that it would be 60.00 more than what I was quoted, and so I showed the email with the price I was quoted and so they honored it. I was told about an hour, so I went home and was going to come back to pick my phone up, and they called and said that one of the pieces was defective (I think it was the tempered glass protector) and they would have to order it which would be 3 business days, and I was ok with that as I had a backup phone....Next day I got a call letting me know that my phone was ready for pickup :-) which was better than the 3 business days....Phone works like a champ....Oh yeah I have the LG G4 phone... The service and professionalism with the way I was treated was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone needing phone repair service

Went here today. Needed a cell phone. They had several Verizon cell phones. I asked if they would work with my SIM card and the salesperson said yes. I bought a Samsung, paid with my card. Phone would not register my SIM card, swapped to another Samsung, it wont work. My SIM card is in a phone and works just fine, so it is an issue with the phones. They offer an iPhone, but I need to take it to Verizon for a SIM card switch. Decide to just get a refund. 19 minutes from purchase to refund. $162.90. They refund the money to my card. I get to the office, no refund to account. Wait several hours, no refund. Call the store, they then advise me it will be 2 to 3 business days. All for 19 minutes of wasted time. Will never do business here.

Today I went in at about 12 pm to get my screen replaced due to damage that occurred back in August of last year told me it wouldve done in a hour was done well before then. Been looking for a place to get it repaired at. Didnt want to go to apple only because they would charge me 149 to fix my iPhone 6 Plus. Cost me 118 dollars along with a new tempered glass screen protector. I highly recommend this place for screen repair.

Best service ever! My poor iPhone 6s was soooo shattered and lost all function. I was heart broken to think I would be phone less for a whole 24 hours or more due to my busy work schedule. They were able to repair my phone so FAST I was so shocked and excited. Great customer service! Great prices! I HIGHLY recommend. Thanks guys! Life savors!

I brought 5 phones to the location on central/ Thomas, the tried to offer me $37 for 5 phones and the value of the phones were waaaaay more than that. I went back up there today with an LG G pro and they gave me an offer for 5-10 dollars. I was really upset on both offers. That is one store I will make sure I avoid

My screen on my LG G3 was completely shattered, rendering the phone useless...it took these guys only 30 minutes to totally replace the screen, making the phone functional again. 100% friendly and knowledgeable...totally reccomend!
