Engineer Adam

I was hired by Karls Technology to install some kiosks for Silencer Shop. The job itself was easy and the $100 per location for pay seemed more than fair. Both Chris and Rob provided excellent service and they were able to address any issues quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, that is where the customer service and professionalism stopped. I submitted my invoice to the email address requested by Karls Technology and was told that my invoice was sent to accounting for processing and would be paid via bill pay. After repeated calls to check on status, I was told that it takes between 7 and 9 business days to receive the check. It is now September 20th and I still have not received payment for the work that I did in August, leaving me wondering if I will ever get paid. It seems that the accounting department is never available. I even sent a text directly to Matt Karls the owner since his cell phone is listed on his website. One has to question if Silencer Shop did any due diligence when selecting Matt Karls to run a project of this magnitude as he does not seem capable of paying contractors on time.

Again, I find myself taking valuable time to remind current and prospective clients of Karls computers of how pleased I am. David, the engineer, was running a few minutes late and was courteous and professional enough to let me know so. He then arrived as agreed and was very quick to diligently seek and rectify the challenge I was having with my system.There are definitely cheaper service providers out there but frankly if Karls and its team members can repair something in half the time, then the hourly is not relevant. I highly recommend you call this company and I am confident you will be pleased with the result.

Boy were these guys great! I realize I probably wasnt their biggest fish in the pond - a simple PSU replacement on my old desktop unit - but they responded quickly and promptly, and came to my house to fix my problem the next day! Extremely reasonable in terms of cost, so glad I didnt make the mistake of taking my PC to one of the big guys where I wouldve paid big bucks just to hand it over the counter, then waited a few weeks while they shipped it out. So glad I chose them.

Incredible support, prompt service at a very fair price - Matt and his crew are the only ones I use to support my computers. Matt an engineer, has been able to diagnose and find issues most so-called techs could not. These are you go-to guys when you are having problems. Don Beuckens

I got ripped off by Data Doctors, they charged me a ton to diagnose a hard drive failure that they said they could not fix. I called these guys, the owner came out and checked my hard drive, told me he could recover it in a few days and did just that. The nice thing was that his total price was less than what I paid just for just a diagnosis at Data Doctors. Beware of Data Doctors, hello Mesa Computer Repair.

Karls Technology did an excellent job in clearing up my computer issues. In addition, I was instructed how to send a scanned document which I had issues doing before. I was very impressed that they were able to come and fix my computer the same day that I called. I will use them in the future if I have computer issues and would recommend them.

Been contracting with Matt for years. Never once had a problem getting paid on time and hes even rushed payment to me earlier when problems came up. Very reasonable and easy to talk through issues with if/when they come up. If he treats his customers half as well as he treats his contractors I would have no problem recommending him to anyone.
