Early that morning I realized my computer screen was completely cracked and needed to be replaced. I called Staples, they told me it would take a few days to replace and would not give me a clear estimate of how much it would cost but estimated between $350-$500. Called Best Buy next and Geek Squad did not pick up in the 25 minutes I was on hold. I luckily came across Enrique on the web. Gave him a call and talked to him on three separate occasions that same day before I came over to his work place. Enrique fortunately had the screen on hand and changed my computer right in front of me. I paid a significantly lesser price than what Staples would have charged. Go to Enrique and Phx CPU, you dont need any of the bigger companies he will get the job done in a timely, professional, and fair manner.

I called Phoenix CPU Repair, after hours on Saturday. I left a message and received a call from Enrique within a few minutes. I explained to him that Windows 10 automatically downloaded the software and I was unable to login. We agreed to meet on Sunday so he can recover Windows 7. After looking at my tower, he found out my motherboard was bad and I had to get a new tower. My computer was about 7-years old and I knew the day would come when I had to bite the bullet and get a new one. Enrique set-up my new computer, added all the software needed and got it done all in the same day! He also fixed my boyfriends problematic computer at the same time!!! He is fast, VERY affordable, knowledgeable and friendly. We are very pleased! Highly recommend him.

Hey man, just wanted to stop by and say thanks again for fixing my computer so quickly and most of all doing it for a reasonable price. To anybody out there thinking about taking their computer somewhere else... dont even think about it! Seriously, I checked out 4-5 other places before I settled on this guy and Im very glad I did the extra homework. From now on this this the only place I will take my computer for repairs. Called Enrique this morning he was here this afternoon to fix my system that was wireless and then suddenly on Easter Sunday it was not.I originally had called geek squad they had no availability all week they originally set us up. I run a small business out of my home I need the internet, I got on the internet after hard wiring my computer,and found CPU Repair they had great reviews and were very close to us. Enrique was here listened to what happened and what I needed done.Had everything back in shape in about 1 hour. They are also less expensive than geek squad,and he seems to be more knowledgable than the geek squad guy they sent out,I know for sure he got done quicker. Thank You Enrique

We had a Tech come out last night to assist us in installing our wireless network. I tried to do it myself but I didnt feel that I did it correctly. Come to find out I didnt install it correctly and anyone and everyone could use my wireless...scary. He was very friendly and courteous. He explained what he was doing while he was doing it, as not be confused, like some Techs in the past. He had a great smile and was very knowledgeable. He also looked at my laptop and helped me out with a few things i didnt know how to do as far as the set-up. Definitely will use them again at a great price! Thanks again for all your help. :)

I found Enrique 2 years ago. My computer crashed and I couldnt pay the going rate for a new computer, so I picked up a used one at a pawn shop and Enrique upgraded it to windows7, transfered all of my stuff from my crashed computer over to my new(used computer). I saved so much $$$$! Instead of spending over $1000, I spent under $200 and that includes the computer. If you need a computer fixed and want a trusted person, Enrique is your man! Enrique is awesome. Knocked my laptop off my bed and looked for a place to get it fixed. He came up and I gave him a call let him know what happened and he told me he would sit down with me and show me what was wrong and how much it would cost. Found out that it was only a problem with the disc drive and he fixed it, update my programs and my antivirus. After it was all said and done, I might have been there for almost 20 mins. Amazing price that I would have never gotten at any other repair place. If you need computer work done, this is your guy.

Awesome service! So happy with Enrique! I thought I had lost all of my pictures, videos and documents but he fixed my computer and they are all back! My computer was at the point where I could only log in under safe mode and I still wasnt able to fix anything. I seriously dont know what I would have done if I hadnt found Phoenix CPU Repair. Enrique was a very friendly well knowledged tech that saved my computer. I had several viruss on my computer and was afraid id lose my pictures and documents. He was able to remove the viruss and get my computer back up to its normal working condition. He also gave me good advise of what to do incase of another virus attack. I feel very confident in his work, and will definetly use Phoenix CPU Repairs again when I am in need of it. I will recommend his services to anyone who asks as well!!!

I was surprised at first when I realized the business is run out of his home, however it was no big deal. Enrique did a very good job cleaning up my computer. I was having issues with pop-ups and advertisements constantly!! Took it to him and it was done that night. He was up front about costs, and it was very reasonable. He even threw in some extras. Highly recommend his service. He also guarantees his work so you dont have to worry about things going wrong in a few weeks or months.
