Weve had Surprise Computer Repair Support Package for about three months and are very pleased with it. They always answer the phone promptly and have taken care of our problems and concerns right away. I called because I was suspicious of a Micro Soft pop up and JD said that it was a scam and told me how to close the computer down and get rid of it. We contacted them first when my computer needed a new hard drive. Jesse came to the house for that and had my PC back in a couple of days. We were very impressed with the work and felt the cost was fair. That is when we learned about the Support Package. I would highly reccomend it.

I wish I could give them 10 stars! My external hard drive died and I thought I lost 10 years worth of pics. They were able to get my hard drive fixed and all my pics back. I cannot explain the devastation of thinking I lost birth pictures of my kids! I was in a panic, but I never needed to be. I cannot thank them enough, and they even brought my data back on a new external hard drive. Thanks JD and Jessie... hopefully I wont be back tho, ha ha!!! You guys are the best!
