Long story short. After Matt said there was nothing wrong with my laptop, he suggested a new router. We purchased a router from him, he installed it. Since there was absolutely no improvement we called Cox. The Tech from Cox said the router was too small. So now he replaced the router and a new modem. Well folks it was the Explorer that was causing problems, after all. So now it was not just the cost of Matts services, which solved nothing, but 2 new routers & modem, and now paying for faster speed. One of my sons took care of the problem via remote.

The techs there are very and helpful. I received excellent tech support for a WiFi adapter issue over the phone. Even though the fix itself wasnt easy, the technician, Matt, gave me a very thorough and helpful breakdown of what needed to be done and solved my problem painlessly. I would definitely recommend.
