I had bought a phone on Craigslist about 6 months ago. Really inexpensively, so I should of known better haha. Apparently the battery has been slowly giving out. My phone just stopped charging. Sooo stressful thinking it was going to cost a crazy amount to fix. I had been referred to rockstar computers &a iPhone repair by John. He told me to give them a call and that they would take care of my phone. I called and my first contact with them was professional, efficient, and really quite perfect. They accepted my request for repair immediately and my phone was fixed in 20 minutes. BLOWN AWAY by this company. Before I had gotten my phone repaired the battery wouldnt last past 5 min without being on a charger. After the quickly replaced my battery, I havent had it die since. And that was at 3pm today and I received it at 35% left of the battery. Im only at 10% now. I would DEFINITELY recommend coming here for any of your wireless needs. Thank you SOOOO SOOO SOOO MUCH!!! You guys saved me!

I initially used Rockstar because they were one of the few phone repair business open on Saturday. I have now used Rockstar for 2 different repairs in the last month & half. They replaced the screen on my sons ipad in just a few hours, and they spent 3 days trying to repair my husbands water damaged phone (not successful because we waited too long to bring it in after its dunking in the street gutter). Their charge for their time working on the phone was $20 if they dont have success (very reasonable to try & save an expensive phone with no insurance). I was very impressed with their prices, professionalism & their warranty on their work. They also gave me good advice on what to do in the future for water damaged phones. We will be taking all our phone & small electronics issues to them in the future - they have earned our business!

Horrible customer service. I take my Toshiba laptop in to get fixed. It would not turn on. I left it with them to diagnose it. I call back a few days later and they said it might be the motherboard. So why didnt they call me back when they found the problem? I leave it to them to order the part and fix it. I call back 2 weeks later and they say its fixed. So why didnt they call me when it was fixed? Im a full time college student and needed it. I pick it up and go home. I realize I left my charger cord for my laptop with them. They temporarily lost it and told me if it was the only cord for a Toshiba Id be SOL. Luckily the found my cord "sopposibly". Ill never go back. The original problem of my laptop is still not fixed.

Called first thing in the morning to get an estimate to replace my cracked Iphone 6S screen. Stopped in around 11am and had a short wait while they finished up with another customer. Looked at my phone for a minute, and ended up with a cracked screen protector and not a cracked phone! Gave me tons of info about best value and needs on screen protectors and cases. Ended up buying a better case and lifetime screen protector replacement for much less than I thought I would be spending. Didnt try to sell me on anything I didnt need, and didnt take advantage of me by hiding the real problem and selling me a replacement screen when it wasnt needed.

I visited Rockstar Computers to repair the charge port on my iPhone. The team there was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Turned out, after inspecting my phone, that I had blocked the port accidentally. Integrity. Thats what Rockstar Computers showed me. The blockage was quickly removed and they inspected my phone further to find that I didnt actually need a repair after all. Great guys over there at Rockstar Computers. Ill be back to them if I need help in the future. Rockstar Computers are Rockstars!

This place was super helpful for fixing my phone. My friend ran over it with his car and it was completely bent/the screen was shattered and falling off. I came here expecting it to be super expensive for me phone to be fixed since (T-Mobile wouldnt fix it for me) but it really wasnt that expensive. The prices were super affordable. To top it off every staff member here was super kind and respectful.They gave me what I was expecting!! Thank you guys for the great customer service.

Fast and convenient, GREAT prices, great service. iPhone wasnt working after a fall on Xmas day. They fixed it fast and they tested it quite a bit before giving it back. In the testing they discovered that the new LED they had just replaced had an issue too. I wouldnt have noticed, as it worked then but likely wouldnt have worked for long. The service was friendly and informative. Highly recommend these guys. I will be back with some computer and laptop repairs soon.

I took my Iphone in because I had what I thought was a shattered screen. My phone was not shattered at all it was simply my screen protector. Any other place I feel would have taken advantage of me and made me pay for a new screen. Eric and his team were completely honest with me and got me setup with a new screen protector for half the price I paid for my original one! I will be coming back!

I took my laptop in to the team at RockStar Computers because I was getting a black screen and no response. Pete and the team there worked on it all afternoon and were able to diagnose the problem and make some settings adjustments to prevent future occurrences. When I returned to pick it up they told me there wasnt a charge. Very good team and I will continue to use them in the future.

Cracked the screen on my iPhone 7. Came into Rockstar and worked with Peter. He was incredibly helpful and quick to repair my cracked screen. There was a small defect with the new screen he used, nothing they did, just a manufacturer defect. I took it back and and they replaced it with another screen for no extra charge and its working perfect again! Thanks Pete!!

I broke my iPhone 6S badly...fell off my hip while riding my motorcycle and it got ran over. These guys were able to make it look brand new again! I couldnt believe it! And it was cheaper than going through my carriers insurance! I will absolutely use them again if needed In future. Very polite, friendly, knowledgeable, they explained everything thoroughly.

These guys went above and beyond, I came in with a busted laptop and they took it all apart and ran tests on the hardrive at no cost. Unfortunately the laptop was a goner but they helped me with a data transfer instead of pushing me into repairs that outweighed the cost of the machine. Pete was great to talk to and straightforward about what was going on.

One word to describe my expreince AMAZING, from the moment I walked in to when I walked out. My iPhone 6 screen was completely shattered but luckily not the Lcd. It was replaced in 25 mins, not to mention the price was outstanding 99 dollars for a repair is very good, I would highly recommend them and if I ever have problems in the future I will be back!

I was having an issue with one of my office computers and took it as far as I was comfortable taking it. I called Rockstar and Eric answered. He was in my office in less than an hour and had my issue fixed in about 5 minutes. It was nice having that incident behind me and running full speed again. Thanks to Eric and to Rockstar!
