Our 1997 Miata was in a collision that took it here because the insurance gave us this place. Mike worked with us to repair a bumper that was almost impossible to fix -- it took a few extra days, but he kept us updated at every point. When we got the car back, it looked almost new! I appreciated the extra mile they went to keep us informed of the progress. The work was done exceedingly well, Most of all, I appreciate that they didnt "cut corners." While the car is older and not worth that much in blue book, it would have been impossible to replace for what we could have gotten had they totalled the car. I highly recommend! EXCELLENT work on the body work, but more than that, FANTASTIC communication!

Incredibly rude, obnoxious estimator insinuated insurance fraud without even looking at the damage. Wish I could give 0 stars! A shame because I cant continue to give my money to Serramonte Ford and I quite like the service dept. Oh well.

Not a friendly place to go. Person in charge for estimates refused to give an estimate because my insurance did not called them. Went to19th Autobody center and they were able to give me an estimate without having my insurance calling them.
