If you decide to get an insurance estimate here, you better be willing to also deal with inconstant /incompetent receptionists who have no access to up to date files or communication between the estimaters. Everytime I called, I seemed to have talked to someone new or each time given different information... to top it off sent text messages saying my car was getting fixed when it was not. My car was in the mist of getting reviewed for a total loss by the insurance co. but according to Fix, it was on its way to being repaired? When I called, all I was ever/always told was "I appoligize, I dont know how this happened." It just kept going on and on, the miscommunication between everyone in this co. was making me lose my mind. The only time I felt I was helped was when I literally came to pick up my car, parts seperate, to get the hell out of there, and met a man named Bill. He truly helped me because I literally had no idea what to do. Sometimes I feel a co. is all about $$ and not truly about helping those in need. The guy who helped me ligit wanted me to be happy and he was the only one who cared. This Fix Auto is in need of revamping their company/Team building and if u want things done quickly do not go to fix on 202nd. Im sorry this all happened.

Two of our cars were in an accident with eachother. Since there is a Geico adjuster at this location the insurance recommend we take our vehicles here. I had two very different experiences here with each car. The damage on car #1 was to the front end and air bag, was fixed quickly and looks great. No complaints! When we brought car #1 home and left car #2 to get worked on this is where things got weird. They didnt call or give us any updates for about two weeks. I called twice and no one knew what the progress was. Finally got a hold of someone who said car was "totaled" and beyond spending time on repairs. To make the story short, you can tell by the picture the car was not totaled. They claimed the bottom panels under the car were crumpled potentially all the way to the front, but we come to find out they didnt even remove the seats or anything on the inside of the car to look how far the damage went. My husband went to the shop to look, took out the back seats and the damage didnt even continue past the back of the trunk. Needless to say communication is poor. Of course some of this review equates more with Geico then it does either the shop, but since the shop has to do what the adjuster says you may not always get honest or timely answers.

Repeat customer due to great accommodating customer service last year. But this year Shon Kim, the president, made it an unpleasant experience. Will not be returning and would not recommend this shop. I made it clear to the staff all week that Friday would be a very challenging pickup time, but they assured me that if it was an inconvenience that they would allow me to pick up on Monday. On Friday at 5 pm they changed their tune and told me I had to pick up my car in the next hour. The only accommodations they were willing to make were to leave my car on the street. When I told Shon of the inconveniences of the misleading communication he said sorry and stated the policies. Shon lacked any sympathy or customer service and his only concern was that the vehicle was picked up on time.

Have had to have my car fixed do to vandalism & another time due to being rear ended. KIA works with them and said to take my car there. They take pictures of the damage & send them along with the estimate to your insurance carrier. This includes the estimated time it will take to get it back to you. If your insurance company pays for a rental (mine does) they will know how long to extend payment to car rental place. My insurance company works with Enterprise which Fix it works with also. They have a computer area for the car rental personnel to work on when they go pick you up. Fix it Auto does great work. Cant tell that my car ever had any problems. Looks like new! Wont take my car any where else!

This place does not even rate one star...Our vehicle has been back three times. My husband is very auto-savvy and returned the car the last two times to have repairs completed that had not been done. Our car was rear-ended and sustained damage to the read as well as the right front wheel where it crashed into the curb. After the last repair, we were unhappy enough, but the car just had a flat and we cannot remove the spare from the truck because it was not repaired properly. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE! Horrible!!!

I am not normally the type to do all these surveys and write reviews, but when a place goes over the top to help you with a bad situation, they deserve a tip of the hat! After my truck was hit and runned i got Amazing service from Fix and Fix Express. Done fast, done right, and made every possible accommodation to make my life easier. They even cleaned my whole vehicle, so it looked like new. Thanks Chet. Thanks Shon. You have an outstanding team!!!

I took my car in to get it fixed and once I got it back I had to take it back in 2 more times for them to finally fix it. It has taken them over a month to finally fix it and I still havent gotten my car back. I was given no updates on my car and was never notified when it was done I would have to keep calling to know anything about my car. Will never go back

I had a great experience getting my bumper fixed here. Not only did they do a perfect and speedy job, but they also detailed and buffed my car to perfection. It looked better than ever! Im really grateful to them for taking such good care and going the extra mile

They told me that they couldnt fix my little bend In the door so they said that they had to replace the whole door. I went to somebody else and they got out a tool and tweaked the for and it fixed the door! It took 5 mins and he didnt even charge me.
