SO MANY REASONS NOT TO GO HERE. I took my car in for a VERY minor repair on the front bumper and ran into a TON of issues. The first being that when I dropped off the car with Dan on a Tuesday, I told him I MUST pick up the car at 10 am Thursday and that I didnt need the exterior wash, etc. as long as the repairs were complete. When I came to get my car Thursday, Dan told me my car wouldnt be done until after 4 pm. I was upset because I had an important appointment at 11 am. I had already turned in my rental car and been dropped off at the shop. He said when they started the work, they realized that it was going to take a lot longer than they thought. I asked him why I never received a call or notification so I could make other arrangements and he had no explanation. That said, I had to cancel my appointment (and pay for it since it was only 40 minutes notice). I made arrangements to get to work and come back at the end of the day for my car. When I returned to pick up my car, I got the full story. The person working on my car started repairing some existing "curb rash" on the underside of my bumper (from scraping against curbs, etc. when parking) instead of the actual repair job I brought it in for. I asked why the work order didnt specifically say where and what the repair is and, apparently, their technicians sometimes just go off and fix other things instead of reading their work orders. He DID give me $50 off my service for the inconvenience (which doesnt begin to cover what this debacle cost me). When I got in my car, it was filthy inside. There was a very visible layer of dust covering the entire front of my car (dash, console, steering wheel, etc.). My insurance cards from my glove box were sitting on my passenger seat and the stuff I keep in my CLOSED center console between seats had been removed and strewn about the front seat. I pointed this out to Dan and he said they would have had to get in the glove box for the paint code (OK) but not in the console. I checked my trunk and things had been gone through/left a mess there as well. I have a feeling if Id kept anything of any value in my car, I would have had to file a police report when I picked up the car for stolen items. I got the owners information from Dan and called Scott (the owner) on Friday to give him all this info and he seemed upset to hear about it. He told me he was going to call the shop and talk to the people there and call me back. I cant say Im shocked to not have heard back from him. The actual repair work was done well, but the service and the obvious rifling through of my stuff/entire car was more than enough for me to say DO NOT GO HERE.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Someone stole the change out of my car, and also a few starbucks $5 gift cards that only had about $1 or so each on them. I originally went to get my car on a Saturday, and half of my front bumper was loose. I had to pay for my rental car an additional 4 days because of this. The fact that i paid $900 for my car to be painted and someone had the audacity to steal about $9 of my personal property is beyond me. My front license plate also completely fell off the next morning, so now i have to buy a new set of license plates!

The New Owner is Awesome! This use to be one of the worst Maaco shops in the state. The owner of the Burien store just bought it from the last owner who barely ran it. I manage a large para-transit and shuttle company, so quick, quality repairs are a must. One of my drivers "customized" the rear corner of one of my vans. I had him take it to the local shop where I take most of our vans. My driver told me that Scott could do it at half the cost, and he did! We dropped off the van Friday, and picked it up Monday morning. It looks great!

Came to them with a really rare car that I had done the bodywork to ahead of time. They took great care of me by painting an extra few parts that I didnt expect them to paint for me but needed to be painted. They also took the time to wet-sand and buff the car to get rid of the dust specs in the paint. I bought their base/performance clear coat package. This picture was before their wet-sand and it already looks good!

Worst service ever. Cant even meet deadline. They changed my headlight but even dont know how to wire all the lights and LEDs of the headlight. They charged me $540 for nothing. Also they told they are going to install my purchased neon. But they started to show excuse that their mechanic is sick and blah blah and finally i had to bring my car without the jobs done. PLEASE NEVER EVER USE MAACO.

People dont ever bring your car to this location please why because you will end up regretting (1) very high price (2) time you will end up waiting 2 months or even more (3) they dont do good job look how many people are complaining and how many Stars they have. Google it before you go.

On 1-29-2013 I took my car into the Maaco in Tukwilla, WA. We have some issues and my car stopped working. That location has been ignoring my calls. I did get a call back from Maaco Corporate saying they would like to help. We will see how this works out.

These guys did an unbelievable job with my Durango. They went above and beyond the work that they originally quoted and did not even charge me extra. They are always available to speak with on the phone and are very courteous and helpful.
