If I could give Dave a zero I would. March of this year I had a small accident with my vehicle. I went against my better judgement and my insurance advice of letting some one out of my network do the job on my car because he was a referral by one my husbands friends and Dave talks a very good game. It is know November am I am still waiting for him to contact me as to when he can schedule me in to adjust the panel that he put on my car and fix the side panel light in the back to make sure it doesnt fall out again as it has since he has done the work. It took him 3months to even finish the work he initially did. When I got my keys I did not have time to inspect my car fully because I had to go to work however as soon as I got in my vehicle it was white residue everywhere. I took upon myself to wipe it out . I have never had to take my car to get a body repairment however I do believe when a shop is finish with the repairs they do a full detail of the vehicle .. I got my car back very dirty in the interior and exterior.The guy that referred me called and ask how did I like my car and I explained to him my frustration. He than spoke with Dave and I was told everything would be taken care of. However I had to wait another month and a half to get back in the second time to have Dave rebuff out where he did the work. He asked me was it raining the day I picked up my car the first time , I believe to find an excuse as to when the exterior was not buffed out like it should have been. I asked for an invoice multiple times for the work and he continued to use an excuse of his wife handling it however she was never there. I had to contact the insurance company just to have them email me the invoice showing me the price of the work and everything he charged for. I noticed the time and labor was the biggest charge however I do not believe his work was worth over $4,600 with me paying a deductible of $500. I will say he did a good job on installing my spoiler in which I paid an extra $100 for but the work he charged the insurance for was not worth the amount. The second time I was there he told me products to buy to shine my own car and said he could do it for me however he suggested I just did it. I asked him when he would be able to align my panel and secure my light he told me he would be going on vacation and he would be able to get me in mid-September. I had my husband call and ask about a paint service and when he would be able to come in Dave said he could take him right away! I was very frustrated and contacted my insurance company unfortunately they could not do anything about it. I was told to do a small claims and contact the Better Business Bureau but I believe he knows most people do not have the time to do so and thats why he takes this situation lightly. I am very unhappy and unsatisfied with the work and the entire run around he has given me. The time he said he was going on vacation I drive pass his shop almost daily and he was there. He is the only person working there I believe he should not book as many clients if that he does at once because he can not handle the work load. I also feel he is very unprofessional in speaking with me he would tell me stories of other customers and use profanity and I felt if I was someone else maybe he would have been a bit more professional. Please Please if you have read this message in its entirely I thank you I normally do not write reviews unless they are good one however please dont get trap by this man slick talk and how he can do the job when in all actually he does an mediocre job for the amount he charge. I am now taking my car to another repair shop and will see how much it will cost me out of pocket fix his job.

Wish I could give 0 stars. The shocks Dave had me buy as part of a repair turned out to be wrong. He refused to pay me back. I made reports to BBB and the state attorney general. His official statement to the AG was he would reimburse me the amount owed, 70 something dollars. The check didnt come in the mail, awhile later I came back to the shop to ask about the check. They refused to give me a check. The AG said its a civil matter and I would have to take him to court, theres nothing the AG can do to make the shop reimburse me. Also a very poor job on color matching. They dont have a color match computer that mixes the paint like other shops. Dave suggested repainting the whole vehicle as the solution. Later when having work done at Center Street Auto Repair I found out Dave reused damaged parts that should have been replaced. I paid Center Street to replace those parts along with the other repairs.

Dave was WONDERFUL ! I had three estimates done on my vehicle prior to coming to his shop. I was beginning to be really doubtful about pursuing any fixing of my car. Originally, I brought my car to Dave not wanting to do the work needed but when he told me what I needed and said he could make it work with the budget I had, I just trusted him. (Not easy for me to do as a single mom of a special needs baby). I LOVE HIM. I love the job completed on my vehicle. The car project and fixing a leak couldnt have included any more work than they had to do. He even did the extra work not planned on when giving me the estimate. He made it work AND still kept it in the budget!!! I am completely satisfied :):):) I Definitely do recommend him to my family and friends and anyone searching for the right guy to their car. I know I will be back for my future car mechanics.

By far the worst place I have ever gone to. After 4 months of having my vehicle, my paint is bubbling and turning yellow!!! And, I paid for a new bumper and fender. Come to find out the bumper was never replaced. Some crap was put to hold the crack but it has since cracked again and the bumper is falling off and not lined with the fenders. He refused to call the insurance company for a suplemental to get new parts and did a really crappy job with the parts my vehicle has. I do not recommend this place or will I ever go there ever again!!! The worst part is he told me how military guys have screwed him over, blah blah blah, and he goes and screws us over being a military family. Dave, thank you for your crap of a service!!!

I first met Dave through my mother-in-law. I needed a body shop after a collision and she referred me to Image Auto Body and Paint Center because she did a lot of business with him with her government job. My first encounter with him was great. He fixed our 2005 F150 up after my collision and even upgraded the bumpers from the original base grey color to color-matched bumpers. Since then, I have sent a couple of other vehicles to Image with similar results. Now, I have my car at his shop for repair and again, he is helping me. My car along with the previous vehicles will come out looking better than it did. I cant wait to get it back and might even start entering it in amiture car shows again! Thanks for the help, Dave!
