Would give them a zero if I could. The only thing this place did right was the repair itself. The final job looks great but the customer service was absolutely terrible. My car was supposed to be there for 3 days MAX, it ended up being there for 10 days... for a front bumper repair. Communication was terrible, the guy always said he would call back and never would and if he did then he was days late. And every time he called with a new excuse and always walked around the question of when it would be ready. It was extremely hard to get an actual answer out of him and he never knew an exact date it would be done. Not to mention they kept messing it up so they had to order new parts. I walked into the shop thinking they were going to look at it and give me an estimate but no, they just checked my car in and that was it, no estimate and suddenly I was out of a car for what I thought was going to be three days. So I had to go get a rental car which I ended up returning early after the 3 days to save money. Then after all the terrible serivce and communication, I finally got my car and they just gave me paperwork and had me pay and that was it. They didnt even walk out with me to look at it and make sure I was satisfied and they didnt go over the repair with me at all. The guy who was on my case, Steven, wasnt even there at all. And they left their drinks in my car. Will never be using them again.

Failed to honor lifetime warranty from previous owner. Said they bought business - wouldnt that imply that they bought some reponsibilities also? Our paint is peeling off the hood from a job they completed 2 years ago. Will never go back or refer others for work.
