I am not sure what rock "Johnny" crawled out from under when he wrote his review in April, but maybe he needs to try this repair shop again cause something sure has changed. I dealt with Scott White and he was hospitable, good at his trade, and fair with his pricing. His people did an excellent job on my Jeep and it was done on time. They even did a couple other services that we didnt discuss and there were no added charges. Great work, the Jeep looks like new. Thank you Scott for a great job and excellent service. I have a thing for poles, as you know, so when I engage another one Ill be back. Mean while, I plan on recommending you to all my friends. Bob

They did such a great job on my car. The side of my car got swiped my another driver, had gotten three estimates from different places but came back to this place because the owner was very helpful and worked out a deal so that I couldnt refuse, plus it was well below cost so I was able to keep the extra money. I even got a car detail out of it. Before my car looked awful inside and outside, now its a new car!!! Go there cause when I was there, I overheard him helped a few people who couldnt afford the deductible and made some deals so that they can afford to fix their car. Beside, they did amazing job on some of the cars Ive seen there including mine.

I would NOT recommend this Maaco!! It is very disorganized! I had to wait almost 45 minutes just to drop my car off. I paid to have a new part put on my vehicle and a used part was put on instead ... without my consent. They kept my vehicle longer than necessary for the work that was done. I gave a rating of 2 stars because I feel the price I paid was fair for the work that they did. They say they guarantee their work, but Id rather PAY another auto body shop if any problems arise.

Pro: Great pricing. My car got backed into at a parking lot. I got 2 other quotes from $1600 to $1000. Scott charged me $700 and he fixed a couple more minor issues for free! Con: The repair was just OK. You can still see where the repair is done. If you have a new car, you might wanna get it fixed somewhere else. If you have an older car or just wanna fix it and sell it, this is a great place.

HORRIBLE! SUCKS! BAD SERVICE! These reviews must be from thier employees!! THEY OBVIOUSLY THINK THEY ARE THE BIGGEST SHOP IN TOWN AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT WHAT THIER CUSTOMERS THINK. My car smells, paint looks like rattle can plus they lost my keys... If the rest of the Maacos are like this one then I feel sorry for thier kids having to grow up in a business like that...UGLY WORK!

Do not bring your car to this place. I had an accident and my front bumper was damaged. Took 3 months to fix my car and did really bad job. They connected the bumper with the car by using fiber. The fixed bumper is dropped off after couple weeks without any reasons. I didnt want to bring it back to ask them because I dont want to spend 3 more months to fix my car.

Don’t hesitate to call Scoot with MAACO! They will take care of you on heart beat, from 1st call to the time you pick up your vehicle. There is no question about their outstanding costumer service and their amazing repairing quality/price negotiation according to your needs. In other words they are extraordinary people to meet, you won’t regret the workmanship.

Both advertising liars, stay away from these losers. $299 is advertise nationwide on TV for Macao paint job. When you call them or going to their office, Scott the owner will upsell you and try to get $700 out of you no matter what, thats how he trains his employees to. No morals no standards, no ethics, this place really sucks.

This is a wonderful family business and they get the job done. My wife scratched a neighbors car and we didnt want to go through insurance. So, I took the car to their shop and they restored to its original shape. My neighbor was so impressed with the service, he brought his other car for service. I highly recommend them.

White loves your money. Did a terrible job when it comes to collision accidents. The paint job was a total different color to my car. Dam I can still hear the noise coming from outside my car... YOU DONT HAVE LIFE TIME WARRANTY WITH THEM, its a lie! I haded to pay half the price for a repairment! Not recommendable!

Great service and low prices, but the quality of work is low. Its painfully obvious from about 15 feet away that my front bumper was repainted. I would recommend these guys for dent removal, but the paint is only good if you care more about saving money than looks.
