They sucked! Everytime i went there they werent even working, they were slacking off and playing cards or something else even when there were cars to be worked on and when i finally did get my car back yea the fixed my tail light and the bit of body damage they my car had had but it was not evened out to look like the other side that hadnt been damaged also they kept telling me different times that it would be finished then that day would come and i would call them and they would tell me a different date and this happened multiple times. Definitely never going back there again.

Great attitude, REALLY POOR WORKMANSHIP. I chose this shop for a major rear-end repair. Three times at the shop and the vehicle is still not properly repaired. The insurance adjuster came out and immediately noted that they used sub-standard USED PARTS for the repair. Multiple issues were discovered when digging down just a little deeper, like unibody parts not being put back together properly. No wonder I was getting all kinds of rattles and vibrations! Dont go there, EVER!

I went on vacation and Amy from Vision Collision took care of getting my car fixed - they took care of the insurance paperwork. When I came back from vacation my car was as good as NEW!!! Two thumbs up! Recommended to all my family and friends already and they have given consistent service to them too! Thanks Vision Collision!

I actually took my car in all the way from Tacoma based on a friends recommendation. Felt very comfortable working with them! The process was easy and my car is fixed better than new Thank you sooo much recommend them highly
