I tried. I tried really, really, really hard to be patient with Precision Auto. I enjoyed the people, and met one of the owners. However, the work I got was far, far, far from any experience I could ever want to willingly repeat again, or recommend to anyone, ever. I needed new carpet, rear bumper, and an antenna on my Chevy Astro Van. Great. Drop off, wait a week, pick up. I call ahead, ready? Yes. Great, go to pick it up, initially looks good. I do the walk around, and the rear bumper is on, but only the internal metal, no cover plastics. This is on a Wednesday. They start rushing. Rather than make anyone rush, I say, no worries, fix it, Ill be back Friday to pick it up. Friday rolls around, its dark, I pick it up, bumper is good, but the carpet shipping plastic is still on the carpet. When I pick up a car from service I expect to NOT have to do anything further. Considering, I ignore the plastic, I can peel that off in the morning. Next morning, peeling the plastic off, its clear there were NO screws put in the rear trim pieces to hold the carpet down. On closer inspection, there were screws left out of the other body panels. I call, highly agitated. We make a deal where they will have the van for a WEEK while I am on vacation. Keys arranged, email given, etc. Clearly outlined that the van is expected in the driveway in a week. I get home two weeks later, no van. I call, there were issues. No notices to me in delays, no information offered in any way whatsoever. They had my number, email, text, plenty of ways to contact me. The final straw for this review: They decided to give the interior a full detailing. Fine, that would be nice to help alleviate the pain. However, the original finish on the leather seats was a glossy leather. I liked it. Now, post detailing, all my seats have become matte finished. I dont like it. I dont want them that way. In fact there are a couple spots they missed, and the shiny leather finish is visible for comparison. They changed my vehicle experience for the worse. Now, I have to be reminded of the complete incompetence every time I drive my vehicle. Thanks Precision, for being completely pathetic in communication, finish, quality inspections, customer service. Your people skills when on site are great, I admit. They are NO reflection of service, because there isnt any. My expectations were: Pay for service, drop off vehicle, pick up vehicle with only the work specified done. If there are any delays, changes, etc., I expect some communication to outline it, come to an agreement, and proceed. As I said, I liked the people, but the work was abysmal. Even trying to provide a detailing caused ruinous results. I have waited several months to write this, trying to ignore the lingering bitter taste that stabs me every time I drive this vehicle. I would rather remove a lung than go through this experience with them again. Can I give negative stars please?

so they take in my STI after a collision (someone else ran a red light). they do the work. they give it back. less than 10 miles of driving later the engine begins to overheat. i take it back and they tell me the radiator has a crack in it. they replaced it and i of course said i wanted a leak down test, and later that day they assured me it was ok. it was NOT, and my ruined head gasket then warped my heads,. there is no record of this leak down test, and they refused to take responsibility for it, because after 5 follow up visits, i had to take it to real subaru place. then precision said a cracked head gasket would make your car not run immediately which isnt true and ludicrous. even more ludicrous is the offer of 500$ worth of free detailing from a company that RUINED my STI (5100 head job) and refused to make it right. body work from here always seems to look good, but dont let them do a lick of mechanical work on your car or you will regret it. no respectable car place would send a vehicle out after a front end damage collision without a leak down test, anyone in auto repair would tell you this FREE, EASY test would have saved my car. most of the workers are great people, but ownership needs to recognize when someone has made a mistake costing someone else a lot of money, its YOUR job to make it right, even if it means writing a check.

Terrible company. No attention to detail what so ever. They are happy to take insurance payment but take no pride in the work they do for the customer. I am appalled at the several, several meaning 4/5 times, I had to bring my vehicle back. The body shop tried to give me my jeep back with no push button start. Ive never turned a key in this car. The air bag like safety mechanism in the seats were still deployed and they attempted to give me the vehicle back. The car never had problems starting up now it sounds like an ole hag. Multiple times I brought the car in because they never fixed the lights. I was rear ended, cut an dry, easy fix but not for these guys. The distaste I have for this company supersedes that of my worst nightmares. They were suppose to help me out but caused way too many inconveniences. Keep your vehicle far from here! Even though its a Progressive insurance preferred body shop I have doubt that the insurer has done any due diligence on this place. Very sad in this day where businesses can get away operating like this.

Had my Lexus repaired here recently, Anthony and Hermes - the head estimator helped me out, they kept me informed every step of the way and guided me through the insurance process better than my own insurance agent. Anthony, one of the owners, got me set up with a rental car from enterprise which is actually RIGHT next to the shop which was pretty damn convenient. Super friendly and inviting environment, everyone from the front desk girl to the shop dogs were fantastic to deal with. It was pouring rain when I picked my car up but I definitely plan on heading back there to get my car detailed as I think they specialize in that as well. The entire process was utterly painless - Id recommend this shop to all my friends, family and strangers.

Quick, cheap, and thorough cleaning! The guys here really know what theyre doing, and have it down to a science. There was a long line of cars waiting for a car wash, but we were in and out in around 15 minutes, with a very clean car! The early bird special cant be beat either-- $7 for an inside and outside clean. Ill definitely be coming back!

This place is awesome! The employees and owners are nice and really know what they are doing. I have a Subaru that got hit by a price of debree on the road and smashed my hood and headlight. They finished my car quickly and when I got it back it was spotless inside and beautiful. I really reccomend these guys. :)
