Talked to the owner and a young estimator and was all good, got a reasonable estimate. Went back to get another estimate to do my 2nd car, then theres this estimator named Randy, quoting me way over priced compared to any other maaco or other collision shops, considering Im bringing 2 cars. I told him he should match or try to beat the other shops since Im local and I can give more a lot more recommendations to friends, Instead, he questioned the owners initial approval estimate on my 1st car and wanted to see it 1st since he doesnt believe the owner. Also he said that the other guy who gave me an estimate must go through him 1st. He even said he runs the whole show over there. I can tell this guy just wants businesses from insurance or people who dont have any knowledge so he can hustle em good. Its either his over priced estimate (for a maaco) or get out and f#¢|< off kind of service. Dont go there, talked to every other maaco around and they were courteous, negotiable and professional, this guy is trying to run a monkey business.

Maaco Auto Painting & Bodywork of Everett, 9505 Evergreen Way is worst service, incompetent and worst customer service i have ever experienced. Randy insulted me and threatened to hit me even though im absolutely positive that i can kick his ass but this is a country of law, so i decided to keep it clean. Vin Pham the manager called me names and said to me to go back home because im not originally from USA. I have all these exchanges recorded on tape and i can provide them if there is the need to backup my claim. No customer deserves how i was treated by this business and how unprofessional they are. They never mentioned that the paint was peeling because of the previous paint on my car when i took my car to report the paint on my molding was peeling off. What Randy and Vin told me was, the molding hit cement or something and i have that on tape as well. They dont want to fix the problem but giving excuses!!! PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP!!!!

Randy at the Everett location is a good man that takes care of his customers. I took my 1978 Datsun 280Z in to get it painted in a different color. He helped me decide on a beautiful Daytona Blue and I handed over my key the next week. I was anxious to get it back ASAP, but I waited patiently. Randy told me some unfortunate news about the old primer that was on my Datsun which didnt allow the new paint to stick. He reassured me that he would make it right though. After a couple of attempts and updates, Randy told me the good news that it was ready to be picked up. My jaw dropped when I saw my baby, she was drop dead gorgeous! Randy would not let me pick up my car until it was car show ready. He didnt charge me for the extra work or upgrades that he did to make her look brand new. Thank you for the hard work and great customer service Randy!

A few years back my Ford Ranger was damaged and required a new hood, grill and fender. I replaced them with aftermarket parts and The Everett Maaco shop painted the truck. I chose the basic paint job as the parts were pre-primed and required no bodywork. The color matched perfectly, there were no over spray problems and I had the truck for four more years with no deterioration of the finish. I am a satisfied customer. Maybe some unsatisfied customers chose the wrong level of finish or prep work required. If your car is peeling like a redhead in the first week of summer it is due to a faulty factory finish and can only be remedied with a complete, down to the metal, respray that your caravan just isnt worth.

I spoke with someone named Randy at the Maaco in Everett on Evergreen way. I asked for just a rough estimate of what the ranges of getting a paint repair or whole paint job are. He was a complete jerk. He insisted I come in to get a quote. I said I didnt want to drive an hour to get this quote and asked to just give me a ball park quote, anything.....He hung up on me. So I called back asking again. He refused to even give me an idea. I asked to speak with his manager, he claimed he was the manager. So I asked to speak to someone higher up, he refused and told me to take my business somewhere else. I couldnt believe how rude he was. I was left not ever wanting to go to Maaco.

My friend has had his car painted here, and I have had two paint jobs from these guys. Everett Maaco is the place to go if your car needs an affordable yet impressive paint job. The masking is not perfect, but their painter seems to know what he is doing. My buddys car, and the two paint jobs I have had done at Everett Maaco looked and still do look like brand new cars. My car had been backed into a few years prior to the paint job, and the guys at Everett Maaco fixed my dent, mirror and adjusted my fender for free! Now, you would never know my car was ever involved in any kind of incident. Thanks to Randy and his crew for making my 1991 Geo Prizm look brand new again!

Got some repair work and paint job done at Everett Maaco earlier in the year. Their paint job started coming off in small chunks after a few months. Went back there and the general manager informed me that was normal. Finally took it to another auto body paint shop and they told me the Everett Maaco paint job contained contaminants which was the reason the paint was coming off so easily. Total out of pocket cost to fix Everett Maacos bad paint job was $1077. Please do not let this happen to you. Avoid Everett Maaco.

Maaco is the worst paint job you can get. The basic option is so bad that a person doing it himself with a spray can would be better. The lowest grade paint with no hardener in it is worthless, its like house paint. Paint is cheap but the hardener is what cost them and they just skip that little detail. DONT HAVE MAACO DO YOUR CAR. I told them when I picked it up it was bad and they just wanted to fight with me. Those good reviews must be from the company or its employees.

At first the car looked good, but after getting it home and really looking it over there are all kinds of issues with notonly the paint job but with the care and prep for the job. They destroyed my $1,500 grills, ruined my windshields, my chrome etc. Sloppy work that actually will decrease the value of your car. Horrible work and no attention to detail. Unless your looking for a cheap crap paint job for a car you care nothing about, go elsewhere.

I had a fabulous experience here. Randy and Vihn were both VERY professional and went above and beyond to meet the expectations I had for the rebuild of my car. Kids were in a serious accident and I thought for sure it could not be done but they proved me wrong and it looks like brandnew. All safety features intact. I would recommend this location.
