Took 2006 Mini Cooper S in to have driver side door and lower driver side quarter panel repaired, and rear valance. They had it for 2 weeks and needed it a couple days extra, due to some clips for mouldings they had to order from dealer ship, upon picking it up the color match in the door jamb was unacceptable, the mouldings were loose, and i was told that the obvious paint buckling in the rear valance was a paint defect, the car wasnt even complete since no OEM stickers were ever added back into the door jamb, The mirror gasket was pinched under the mirror. The door alignment was off around the entire door, the inside door jamb was unfinished, you can see color coat dust under the clear coat from sanding and poor prep work, and this was a new door, The wheel well mouldings that were the hold up for the extra two days are sticking out away from the car, I was told thats as tight as they get, you can see the unfinished bondo work and scratches in the quarter panel, and my oil dip stick for the motor had also been broken by the shop and never said anything,I will note that the dip stick is fiberglass material, but it shows the handling and care that is taken in there hands, I had it home for less than three hours and noted all the above, When i called the shop i was told that i needed to wait for three estimates ahead of me and asked to come back the following week, and its been a week now and no word from there shop, For those of you who dont know, Mini uses a negative ground system when painting there cars and paint defects just dont happen, my guess is the shop neglected to use flexible additive paint in the rear valance, the bondo scratches are a normal part of body work but if catylized primer is not used it will continue to shrink and scratches will continue to get bigger until the primer and base coats cure. I was told that it would buff out. I could keep going on the definciencies that i continue to find in there workmanship, which at best is below poor, but you get the idea. The thing that bothers me is that once i picked up the car paid the deductibles,I was no longer a customer, and no effort was made to say we will take care of your needs, No call back No follow up, and No customer service. If thats what there shop stands for i will continue to spread there enthusiasm for those in need of paint repair.

I side-swiped a GMC trucks front tire as I was pulling into a parking spot a few days ago and skinned the pearl white paint off the right corner of my front bumper. I took my car to Professional Collision on Sat and spoke to Dylan (General Manager). He inspected the damage and came back with an estimate that was about twice what I was willing to pay for a 16 year old car (98 Prelude). However, instead of just wishing me luck at another paint shop, he came back with an alternate approach. Instead of painting the entire bumper, he suggested possibly just painting over the skinned up spot for about a third of the cost. After thinking about it I decided to go for it even though I knew the final finish would look worse than a fully painted bumper. Well I left the car this morning before opening hoping they would get done with it today before closing. I returned this afternoon to pick up my car and not only was the car ready to go, the paint job on the damaged area was absolutely beautiful!!!!!! I was amazed at how the guys were able to meld the new paint in with the existing paint. I had to literally bend down and get within inches to see any sign of newly applied paint. I cant give a high enough recommendation to Dylan and his team for the beautiful job they did for my old car. Not only did they perform a superb paint job, they also completely washed the car front to back and the car looks beautiful!!! I cant be more satisfied.

These guys at Professional Collision in Mukilteo are great! I have an Acura TSX that that needed repair from a minor collision. The color is Nighthawk Black Pearl; think black metallic with hints of blue and purple in the light. I say this because the paint match job they did was so perfect I cannot tell where they repainted and the original begins. The dent where the person hit me was in a bad location right along a crease in the rear quarter panel. After they were done you cannot tell anything happened. I also had them repair a scrape I put in the front plastic bumper since it was in. I figured it would still show a little when they were done, but not so. It looks brand new. The only bad part about how good they did is I don’t want to drive the car in case it get hurt again it looks so good. I will recommend these guys and especially Marcus to anyone I know that needs auto body repair.

My van was sideswiped (hit and run) while on vacation in OR. My insurance gave me body shop options and I chose Professional Collision in Mukilteo. From the moment I walked in I was taken care of. The gentleman who assisted me was incredibly kind and honest. I recd updates as my van was being worked on and given a reasonable timeframe that never changed. Professional Collision got the job done and once we picked up my van I was amazed. You would never know there was a huge gash down the side of the sliding door to the rear bumper. Paint was matched perfectly. I hope I never have to get my van or car repaired, but if I do, Professional Collision is my first choice. I highly recommend Professional Collision for any body work needed on any vehicle. Thank you!!

I let Professional Collision in Mukilteo know when I dropped off my car that I couldnt earn an income until I got the car back and didnt have Car rental on my insurance. The first person who did the estimate said it was supposed to be 6 days, then PCM said theyd need it longer because there was more damage than the original estimate. I havent been really happy with the service. Theyre supposed to call to give me updates, and both times they said theyd call, they didnt. The first time they said theyd called me and left a voice message, but they called a wrong number. I didnt get a call the 2nd time and when I got home it was too late and they were closed. So Im stuck, and tomorrow they will have had my car for a week.

As a new customer, I tried working with Phil via email to get information and make an appointment to repair damage to my car. Phil was more than responsive after the first email, but then decided to no longer respond when I inquired about going through my insurance. I emailed him 3 times in the last month asking for a response. Nothing. Worst customer service ever if you cant even get a willing customer through the door. Update 10/27/15: Phil has since reached out in response to this review. He has apologized for the oversight and offered an alternative solution to getting my car fixed. It wasnt a great first impression. Ill still go elsewhere but I feel like he made things right.
